乾淨舒適，交通便捷

The hotel and room felt modern. The room was big with a comfortable bed/pillows. Sound proofing was a bit poor. I could hear every step (and jump) my upstairs neighbor took. A couple nice touches: They handed out cookies at checkin. And there was a nice spread of toppings (nuts, fruit, seeds) for oatmeal at breakfast. The area outside of the hotel smelled strongly of cow manure at the time of my visit, but that seemed true of that entire part of Watertown. And the smell was not an issue inside the hotel. I would stay here again.

I want to give a shout out to two ladies that work at Fairfield Inn and suites ! Emily Barrett she went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of from the first booking to our last day.. Karen Nielsen also took very good care of our needs from getting us in our room early to making sure we didn’t want for anything ! I highly recommend Fairfield Inn and suites of Watertown NY!

We stay at the hotel in late May for 2 days staff are friendly and very helpful are room was a nice size and very clean very close to shopping and lots for restaurants had breakfast both day and it was very good.would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Booked on Priceline. Nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Good wifi, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was ok, had scrambled eggs, bacon. My wife liked the oatmeal cereal as there was lots of dried nuts and seeds to add. Coffee was ok for hotel, better than most hotel coffee though I do like it stronger. Probably nicest hotel we stayed in our whole trip. I would stay again. The hotel manager Brittany was very nice and accommodating

Check in was fast. Free parking and breakfast. Room 405 was warm and I called Don the maintenance man. He took care of it because it is 50 degrees in Watertown. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. There a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

I always like this hotel. We got an early check in 2PM. Check was smooth. I got an upgrade. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly it is 51 degrees outside. The blower was pushing the air. I spoke to Don the maintenance man. He correct it. He told me not to use the wall thermostat. Otherwise the room cool down. I couldn’t get the YouTube to work. I tried 3 times. Netflix did work. Bathroom is cool. Sofa in the room is great.

Very nice hotel with great staff. Was given a great recommendation of local restaurant. Modern decor and whole property was very clean. Laundry was clean and lots of machines. Easy to find location and short drive to downtown.

I was here for work and the first room I stayed in was great (king bed with couch) for two weeks. I switched to a smaller room (2 queen beds) since I was staying for another two weeks for work. The room had a strange smell which I mentioned to the front desk. Then in the morning, I woke up to a bed bug in the bed with me... I feel like the smell was likely the chemicals they were using to try to kill them. However, they should have double checked before putting someone in that room. They did clean all my belongings afterwards and put me in a new room. Although, I was surprised they didn't take off that night the bill when check.

One of the finest hotels in Watertown. We arrived yesterday on February 18 2023.Checking in was easy. Front desk staff were friendly. The room is wonderful and well organised. There is a couch and a sofa chair to sit on. The also a desk with a comfortable chair.There is a refrigerator and microwave.Bed is comfortable. Two TV are in the room.

I always like to talk about the infrastructure of the room and not the interactions with staff or the core. Be aware that the one bedroom is not really a one bedroom, but a room that is broken up by a partition. The bedroom area is quite small and only enough room for a bed while the living area is also very small in size. The heating and air conditioning unit is directly beside the bed, and I turned off the heat for the whole night since I could not sleep with the heating unit on. The room must be well insulated since the temperature in the room did not fall below 68°. The room did not get that cold considering it was early January. I was able to hear the dinging of the elevator early in the morning and late at night. Be sure to ask for a room farther from the elevator. I was directly beside the elevator. There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the supposedly one bedroom. In summary, it was an adequate place to stay on my own. I would not recommend it for groups of three or more due to the small size.

This hotel is a gem! We had such a pleasant stay here for 2 nights! Our room,as was the rest of the hotel was spotless. Everything was clean...bathroom included! The bedding was also very clean. Even though the hotel was full,it was very quiet!! The beds were very comfy,and we both slept very well. The heat controls worked well which meant we were very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide choice- many cold cereals,hot oatmeal with a wide variety of toppings which I have seen in a hotel before (pumpkin seeds,sesame seeds,apricots,walnuts,almonds), yummy scrambled eggs,bacon,vegetarian sausage toast, English muffins,waffles, juices,yogurt and of course milk options and gooooood coffee and tea. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accomodating and great to deal with. And the front desk cookies were much appreciated!

Hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. The noise level in the evening was very loud - many people talking/yelling loudly and laughing outside in the parking lot until 2 am every night. This is not a cheap hotel so that’s really not acceptable. We alerted the front desk and they told us they had several complaints and that there was some sort of event in the area. Not a good excuse and when you’re on vacation in that area of up state New York, tranquility is part of the experience. Not really too happy about it.

Pros: mattress was probably comfortable, shower had good water pressure, room was clean and well decorated, sheets and towels were barely soft enough, staff were polite and friendly. Cons: the pillows were too firm and I woke up with terrible neck and shoulder pain, the sheet and comforter provided very little weight, both chairs were hard, the carpet was rough, the toilet paper and tissues were rough and thin, breakfast does not include gluten free bread and very little in the way of vegan, common allergens are not labeled. I stayed here on a work trip and I’m not sure I would stay again. Strange because I don’t remember the one on Long Island being this way. Why such a disparity between locations?
