巴洛菲爾德飯店(Barrowfield Hotel)

Our room is not in the main building. We have to walk upstair to a first floor high extension building. My booking hasn't mentioned this. It just like a B&B room, but this is a 3 stars hotel. If I know before hand, I will not book this hotel.

seriously don't go here dirty and shabby rooms very rude restaurant staff unhelpful staff was made to feel uncomfortable around housekeeping staff bad and cold food the coffee shop was barely open and when it was we had to wait for the reception staff to make hot drinks, and a gent was holding down the fort on reception and didnt have a clue what he was doing

Big improvement from last year.Bathrooms ,carpets,windows are all new,and guest rooms have been decorated. Staff in restaurant,and bar were excellent and could n t do enough for you. Food was served with a smile and was very good.with a wide selection . Entertainment was aimed at the majority of the guests ,who were retired couples.They loved it, especially the bingo and quizzes .Our party of 8 think it was the best stay in a Daishs hotel.We ll be back.

Lovely 5 days here. Room beautiful, obvs just been decorated 205 and plenty of room. Food not great but edible. Crystal, our waitress was a little sweetie. Thank you Crystal. Jack and Julie on bar were fab! Entertainment in the main was good. Would deffo go again.

Lovely staff at this hotel they all was working very hard to make our stay enjoyable. very clean room and great shower, entertainment was very good and the one bar staff was working very hard collecting glasses selling bingo tickets as well as serving drinks, the food was very good and hot .

We stayed last week with danish holidays and was very surprised having read some of the reviews we were really surprised it was very nice lovely big room food plentiful staff were very good as well all in all excellent value for money we would definately go again

Very good hotel. All rooms renovated, fresh paint, carpets. Food was a good standard. We had good waitress service. Some didn’t. Entertainment was ok. Good value for the money. Weather not so great but still managed to get out.Shame they have sold it.

This was our first break since my husband needed to use a wheelchair. Staff were very accommodating of his needs. Julie at the bar, even reserved a table for us every evening so we could avoid stairs. We had a family suite which was a bonus, with a bath, shower and comfy bed. The food helpings were generous, the food variety plenty. Evening entertainment was generally good. Compliments to all. Caution, the area is not conducive to wheelchairs, very hilly and nearby tourist towns had cobbled streets. Not the fault of the hotel!
