紐波特灣俱樂部飯店

I liked that it was basically a one bedroom apt. Clean, super convenient to everything. Didn’t live that window in bedroom didn’t open. Light over sink flickered consistently- so we turned it off. It was a little noisy due to location but that wa ok- I bring ear plugs. Staff was great and view from observation deck of sunset amazing !

I paid in advance through ******* and was surprised to see a balance of $85.60 at check in. The charge was for 2 days parking plus taxes in the hotel parking lot. It is $40/night plus tax to park in the hotel lot at end of March/April 1 2026. Paking is no longer free so ignore older posts saying it is free. It was set up with a 2 story narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom upstairs. Since the 3 bolts on the bottom floor were all loose sticking up almost an inch I tried to tighten them with a butter knife. No luck, the other piece was missing from under the floor. I left the luggage in the livingroom/dining area so I could hold on to the railings going up and downstairs. The downstairs was nice and it had a kitchenette with small fridge microwave dishwasher and dishes for 4. On the plus side there was a full bathroom in the upstairs bedroom and a half bath on the first floor. There was a balcony off the livingroom and a smaller one off the bedroom. The sliding doors to the downstairs balcony DO NOT LOCK so make sure you have the board in place. I was able to lock the bedroom sliding door after maneuvering it a few times.There is a couch that pulls out in to a bed in the livingroom which would be handy for couples with kids or 2 couples. It is a converted old stone mill and the heating/AC is quite loud when it kicks on and off. More so than a regular hotel. The rooms were clean. I would ask for a room nearer the ocean side. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Location is excellent. We stayed in a 4th floor suite. The bedroom was located up a narrow spiral staircase. It might be hard for some guests to get up that staircase - especially with large luggage.

The 2 bedroom townhouse was roomy, with 3 outdoor spaces and 1.5 baths, perfect for a large family. The central location was incredibly convenient to restaurants and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is located in the middle if the most active street in downtown Newport. The suite was well appointed and the staff was helpful and very friendly. I would stay there again.

Absolutely not!!!!!! No freezer, no stove, no sponge to wash dishes. I didn’t see any pots.

Check in was easy and quick. The Townhouse was clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice to have except for the seagulls that kept hanging around and squawking (I think past guests may have feed them). Parking is expensive 35.00 per day plus tax. Unfortunately it rained 2 of our 3 night stay but it was still enjoyable.

Turned out to be a lucky find for us! Lovely room that felt very comfortable and was very convenient to local sights, restaurants, and shopping. Walkable to the Newport Gulls stadium, which was also one of our goals. I agree with some other reviewers that there was noise from adjacent rooms, but fortunately our neighbors were relatively quiet. Would stay here again to enjoy downtown!
