萊姆紐卡斯爾普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Newcastle Under Lyme)

This review is mainly for Rosie, I am relocating with work and stayed in the hotel for a long period of time, Rosie has gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need from a clean and comfortable room to the local spots to look for things, she is an amazing edition to the team and I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me in this time! The hotel is clean at all times, good size car park, but Rosie is the reason I’d return.

Usual standard of Premier Inn room, with excellent drinks and meal courtesy of the very professional, capable and friendly Tammy in the Brewer's Fayre bar and restaurant. Fast and efficient service with a smile. Will no doubt return soon.

Travel up and down country stop at premier inns 4 nights a week and must say by far Newcastle Under Lyme is one of the best, rooms are good but it’s the staff that makes the hotel and Rosie is by far one of the most friendliest welcoming person you will ever meet takes pride in her work and that is a rare thing now days all hotels should take a page out of her book goes above beyond to make you feel welcome

Excellent service very clean very friendly staff really helpful meals were spot on enjoyed everything about my stay Rose on reception was really friendly and nice to talk to would recommend to anyone 🌟😄 will be staying again soon good car park 🅿️ 👍👍👍

A great ,friendly welcome ! A nice clean hotel.We had a good and warm nights sleep.Had breakfast in the restaurant next door and a lovely family meal in the evening.Plenty of parking.We Will be back again!

Lovely welcome from the receptionist. Room was clean and a good temperature and nice you get tea and coffee provided Had the meal deal in the brewers fayre which was good value and plenty of selection to choose from Overall a good stay and would return if i was visiting again

My stay here was nice. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and changed on request if you are staying more than 1 night. The staff on reception are amazing Rosie is so helpful and can’t do enough to make your staff as good as it can be. Moved heaven and earth for me and my staff

I come most weeks as my office is here. All the staff are great and Rosie always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and tidy. The rates vary a bit and sometimes it can be expensive for the location. Far superior to other big hotel chains in the area.

Great place to stay, just off the M6 Rosie on reception was very helpful and made me smile. Food was good and very reasonable. It's a quiet site and would definitely return if I was needing a somewhere to stay in the area Overall a great night's stay
