It was a pleasant stay, and breakfast was good.

Best place to stay as it is just right at the city centre.you can reach the shops in just few steps.room is clean.

It was a good stay. Easy access to the town and university. Satisfied

Not a great PI, the non-opening window is a real problem, the room smelt musty and cheesy. I should have requested a change but I suspect all the rooms have the same problem. The room was not cleaned despite my request to reception on my last day The interior of the hotel is a bit grotty, perhaps due to the clientele, mostly stag and hen parties appear to be staying here at the weekend. It needs a refurb and some deep cleaning. I was put off by having to dine in a steakhouse, in any case there are far better options for eating both breakfast and dinner in Newcastle City Centre for sure.

Stayed here a good few times, the staff are all so friendly, smiley and helpful. The breakfast is good value although they could do with just checking the dish’s and plates as there were a lot of dirty ones on offer. The rooms have always been spacious but sadly let down as they have got a bit tatty which doesn’t make them feel too clean, our room felt a bit musty, shame you can’t open the windows, the corridors were littered and needed a good hoover, better if they were ripped up and replaced as looking very tired! On a plus the room we were in was very quiet, couldn’t hear anything.

Fabulous hotel. Great location,close to shops, bars, restaurants ,rooms very very spacious and clean, lovely bar and restaurant. Best one I’ve had at a premier inn, easy parking at Q park only a couple of minutes away , use the discount code provided by premier inn to pre book

Stayed here for one night after a concert at the city hall .Booked a standard room but were given a premier plus room on the first floor so close to reception and breakfast area.The room was fine clean and a comfy bed a few signs of wear and tear and some scuff marks here and there but overall we were pleased with it.The breakfast was great plenty of choice and as much as you wanted well worth a tenner each extra also there is extra supplies of coffee sachets ,milk sugar etc.in the reception area to top up the supplies in the room which is handy.The hotel is central to everything so a great location we will definitely be back .

Lovely hotel although housekeeping left a lot to desired. We booked for 2 in a double room but only had available between us: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel 1 coffee cup and 1 bottle of water as well as no hand soap in the sink soap dispenser. Breakfast staff brilliant and very welcoming reception staff.

Can completely recommend especially if you want a great nights sleep in a safe area whilst being just seconds from the best shopping centre, Newcastle Central station a few minutes away plus & lots of historical landmarks. Very welcoming staff & relaxed atmosphere.
