紐堡西點斯圖爾特國際機場溫德姆速8飯店的評論

酒店位置略偏一些，位於紐堡鎮的邊上。吃喝玩樂需要有車子支持方便。酒店服務很好，但並沒有攜程旅行網介紹的早餐，衹有咖啡和小點心提供。停車場很大便於停車。室內地毯整潔程度尚好但依然存在黴變氣味。這也是室內提供地毯設施的劣勢之一。衹是價位經濟實惠而已，請各位旅友酌情選擇入住。

Had to change room the tv did not work nor did the phone. The facility was run down and dirty. The food was danish, generic fruit cocktail through it out . It was not even worth going down stairs for.

On the second night there I seen a roach crawling across the nightstand I thought wow how dirty but I can deal with it then later on that night I felt something crawling on my arm to look down and see a bed bug making his way towards the edge of the mattress where I killed it on top of that the room had a Cheesy smell there were ashes in the tub hair on the sink the toilet paper was half used and not replaced the brown skin guy in the morning is a creep stalked my side chick coming in on the camera then came speed walking down the hallway to see what room she went in and leaving he actually went out to the parking lot and see what car she got in vending machines are broken had to get my room key reactivated three times in 2 days

We had to change our room 3 times! Housekeeping didn’t touch 2 rooms and 1 room smelled horrible. When we finally got a semi-good room only 1 light worked. Never staying here again. The front desk staff were very helpful getting us replacement rooms.

Actually, the receptionists (Bill from Candor), was wonderful, and the check-in and out process was smooth. The hotel is OK, however, we did find a roach in our room - killed it... Besides that, I rate the hotel overall on a scale from 1-10, 10 being best - I give Super 8 Wyndham Newburg/West Point. I would stay there again. Thank you Bill and Motel 8!

We had two rooms reserved one room had not been cleaned at all so our brother was moved to a room far from ours when we wanted to be close. Our room was a deluxe king suite the bed was made but the room was dirty. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it, the mirror looked like someone spit on it, the floor was dirty, the microwave inside and out had food smeared on it, the dresser and coffee table had a sticker residue on them- like someone spilled soda or food. In addition we ran out of toilet paper (no extra rolls or even tissues in room, the room slept 3 but we were only given 2 towels and one washcloth and lastly I couldn’t use the safe because it didn’t work. We’ve stayed here in the past and it was always clean and well stocked it’s gone seriously downhill in the past two years. We were very disappointed and bso were other members of our family -we had 4 rooms in all. We will not be staying here again. I will say the front desk zwas friendly and tried to help .

This was perhaps the worst stay we have ever had!!! Nobody should ever be checked in to this dump its door should be locked forever!!! Everything is disgusting, dirty, and destroyed. The chair and ottoman should be taken outside and burned!! I don’t believe I ever saw so many stains on upholstery in my life!!!

The property in a desperate need of a thorough cleaning and overall update. We had to ask for another room because the first one had covers with white stains. Disgusting. Slept on small crumbled pillows, felt mattress springs. It was a scary movie impression. We slept in our clothes on afraid to get undressed. Gas station breakfast. The place did not look scary in photos and reviews were average when booking. We only needed a place to shut out eyes off in a horizontal position. I knew I wasn’t booking a fancy hotel experience. But it was quite an experience for $147.

The hotel staff, particularly the front desk clerk named Bill, were friendly, but the hotel was in a disgusting state. After checking in, the hallway smelled musty, and the room was filthy. We ended up buying cleaners, bedding, and towels to clean the room ourselves. Later, we discovered bedbugs and roaches and decided to cut their trip short and leave. I had a more detailed version with pictures of our experience, but there is not enough room given here for a full review.

I REALLY wanted to write a good review for this hotel. The staff was outstanding--friendly and a little chatty (just enough!), and always ready to help. They deserve at least five stars. As for the room...eek. First off, it was a nonsmoking room, but reeked of **** and cigarettes. I left the window open for a while, which helped, but didn't quite fix the problem. The bigger problem, though, was that there was no hot water. Seriously, about the best I could get was lukewarm, and that was shaky. Not a huge problem in the summer, but this was a chilly September night, and a cold shower...just no. I think of this like the Southwest Airlines of motels--great staff, great service, and they'll do anything for you...as long as it doesn't cost any money. This place needs a new water heating system, and could really do with a bit more heavy policing of the no smoking rules. As it stands, the staff deserves better, the customers deserve better, and I won't be returning.

Room was pretty dated. Hole in the ceiling the size of a softball that appeared to be from water damage. Carpets thoroughly stained throughout the room. Bed was clean, shower was hot with good pressure.

There is a smell throughout the motel. And it’s not good. It was in all my close and up my nose for days. Do not recommend this property. Except the dennys that you can walk to

Not very clean. Not friendly during check in. Unclear about if we can check in early or not when it was only a half hour early. Slow motion check in 👎
