El registro muy mal , no encontraban mi reservación, me decían que no había tal reservación, tuve que comunicarme con ustedes para que se la volvieran a enviar .

Most RIs are rundown and in dire need of updating ..this one looks like it has been updated at least in the last 5 years. Check in person was unprofessional and sloppy looking wearing some dirty tee-shirt. I wondered why she never even asked me what i wanted for my choice was for my titanium check-in gift. Breakfast is pitiful and cheap. But most important, for anyone that wants to take advantage of elite benefits be aware like others have reported, they do not honor elite benefits here. They are obviously not a convention or a resort hotel..and Titanium benefits say 4 p.m: Late Checkout Guaranteed 4 p.m. late checkout, subject to availability at resort and convention hotels. My flight home was seriously delayed so I wanted to take advantage of what was supposed to be a guaranteed late check out..but NOPE. Manager was super rude and said we are TOO BUSY to honor your benefit. OK THEN. will make a note of it and will advise my corporate office accordingly that we will not be booking with them in the future.

I am lifetime platinum member. Room was not the best and noisy. I usually get a better quiet room but I complained to no avail. Also I did not receive points for my stay at Marriott.

The Location of the hotel is in a nice, convenient area. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Overall, very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly along with a variety of food to pick from when it comes to breakfast.

Great location to see all the wonderful things that Tucson, AZ has to offer. Close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Hotel staff warm and friendly. Nice morning breakfast with both hot and cold options. Coffee was as fresh as can be daily. Marriott Team member ( Bobby) kept the breakfast area neat and extremely clean. His attention to detail was appreciated. We could tell that he took pride in keeping the area spotless! A warm friendly smile to greet guests was so welcoming.

We have been enjoying our stay at this Residence Inn. Breakfast has many options, the 1 bedroom suite has good space, and a full size refrigerator. Also used the washers/dryers ($2 each). Pool and hot tub are open and look nice. Staff has been friendly and helpful.

As a Marriott member I often choose this over Airbnb for the cost and convenience. Staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast Buffet is clean and well supplied. The room is as to be expected and complete with all the amenities you need. They clean every other day. No complaints

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they had it ready within 20 minutes. The housekeeping manager was very helpful and very nice. The room was large and very clean. I wish though there was a door where the bathroom sink was. my husband gets up earlier than me, and the bed is right beside where the light from the bathroom shines. the only bad thing was our room was right beside the mechanical room and there was noises all night long that kept my husband up

We stayed at this hotel two nights (to and from Austin for Thanksgiving). On both occasions upon checkin, I mentioned we would like to use the Marriott Pet Friendly Rate of $5 per day plus a cleaning charge of $50 good from April 7, 2022, to April 6, 2023. . On Sunday, November 20, we were checked in by a friendly woman employee. When I showed the Marriott print out with the pet rate, she smiled with understanding of the rate. Nothing else was said. We checked out the following morning November 21 and presented a bill with $100 charge for our dog, I explained that I had requested the pet rate. The employee said this was the charge. When I asked for clarification, the manager stepped out of his office by the front desk, and curtly said his facility would not honor the Marriott discount. He did not apologize to us as Marriott Elite members, nor did we feel he valued our concerns at all. On our way back to California, we checked iin on November 29.. The same employee who checked us on the previous week was working. He was not welcoming to us, just very direct without so much as a smile. I explained I was requesting the Marriott Pet Friendly Rate, and he said the charge would be $100. When I asked for clairification, the manager sitting in his office by the front desk is listening and steps out and curtly says, "I told you last week that this is not our rate! " No smile, no apology, nothing to make us feel like valued Marriott Elite members. As guests, we felt unwelcomed and that how we felt was not a concern of management at all. First time we have experience such guest relations at a Marriott property. The hotel itself meets the expectations of a Residence Inn property. The rooms were clean, and the complimentry breakfast was quite typical.

I judge the room with the bathroom sink drain rate. The drain lever was not even attached to drain. The coffee pot was left ON. For over$260/night I feel more than cheap paper plates could be used in the breakfast area.

Nice property Good location Staff variable. Overnight desk staff rude. Some daytime staff incompetent. They were unclear on schedule for cleaning rooms.

Very slow internet. Do not work from this hotel. While the internet speed is pretty decent for work (~20 MBPs download & upload), it often loses communication and make it hard to communicate over internet.

Nice hotel. Very quiet room. If you are worried about cleanliness right now, I was there 5 days for breakfast and never saw the tables get wiped down… not once! Everything else was great.
