Okay for the price on weekdays but too expensive on weekends for what you're getting very dated hotel been here alot always have to check and make sure nothing broken before I bring anything to the room cause usually something is

Horrible Horrible Horrible si hubiera podido cancelar lo hubiera hecho.
Primero la persona que nos atendió fue muy grosero. Pague por una habitación y me dio otra y no quería reembolsar el cambio. Cuando entramos a la habitación había olor a cigarrillos y era una habitación de no fumadores. En el piso había cucaracha muerta y el aire lleno de polvo. Poca limpieza. Mi suegra tuvimos que llevarla al médico por un rash y eran chinches que le picaron imagínese la pobre limpieza de la habitación. Y parece que viven familias hubo una pelea de una madre con un niño bien fea y con gritos aunque tenían unos guardias de seguridad en las puertas. Fue algo espantoso. No lo recomiendo. Y las camas con chinches y moscas en la habitación

大廳和走廊裡出現了大量摩托車團伙，閒逛並玩玉米洞遊戲。服務員試圖給我換房間，但鑰匙卡打不開門！

When my partner, and I arrived with our daughter we put the card into our room door, it was a long ride for us so we were exhausted. Our room was never cleaned. The bathroom was used and the towels were on the ground, one of the two beds were used and the roomed just looked like there was someone there prior to us. When we went back to the front desk requesting a new room and the condition's of the room that was given to us, the front desk staff did not apologized to us, we felt very disrespected and not valued as customers. The beds were stated to be a queen size and that was not correct, they were full size beds. The beds were truly uncomfortable. We all did not have a goodnight sleep at all during our stay there. It also stated they offered breakfast every morning when we had booked our stay online, and that was absolutely incorrect. We woke up the next morning went downstairs and everything was closed, the front desk did not acknowledged us at all if the weekends they just don't provide breakfast, or about any near by restaurant's, or at least anything. This is definitely not going to be a hotel I will be picking for my family and I ever again, and definitely do not recommend to any future Guests.

I was told the room was at the end of the hall, however you had climb 13 steps to get there and at the end of the hall you had to turn right and go down 13 more steps, hall lead to 13 more steps up to another right turn. The last hallway was 13 more steps down and 13 more steps up to finally get to the room; lugging my suitcase at 74 yrs old was very difficult. Why didn't the desk clerk tell me about the step and instruct me to drive around the building to unload. Very rude.

Horrible! I left a day early and would like my money back for the one night we did not stay. I booked the Hampton Inn for the second night.

I can’t believe Wyndam puts there name on this property. This place should be condemned. I looked at 3 years if bad reviews after my stay. Clearly nobody cares

there was a bucket in the middle of the hallway dripping water, the gym was terrible, and the area was sketchy.

Hotel was dirty and falling apart. There was gum on the carpet by the bed in our room as well as bugs. It had an attached restaurant but it was set up mostly like a banquet hall with tons of seating by the stage and nothing else.

The hotel is clearly being used as a sanctuary hotel and /or government housing. By the front door there were 15 to 20 men lingering around with no purpose to be there other than looking for trouble. The front desk is fully enclosed in bullet proof glass, not a safety shield for covid, full bullet proof glass, as is the snack area. The room was extremely overpriced (for those of us that have to actually pay out way to be in this country). With Security guard sitting in a chair at each end of the hall way you don it get the feeling this is a comfortable place to stay. The room rad dirty and very run down. The non smoking room smelled so much like smoke we almost
Couldn’t stay in there. The smoke detectors had plastic taped over them I’m sure in violation of multiple building and fire codes neither of which have seemed to be insoected there in quite a while. If they were the place would be shut down immediately. I’d not for the fact it was late and we had no other place to go I would not have stayed there with my son. The next morning when I mentioned the conditions to the manager he pretended like he didn’t understand me or could not here me behind the protection of his bunker proof glass. As a life long New York resident this is just another example of how the destruction of the city by current policy’s and administration has migrated north businesses and communities. This place has no business being listed on travel sites for public use
