Loved this hotel, the views and the rooms are all incredible but the standout is the staff. The room service was tasty and prompt and everyone was so helpful. We were here for my moms birthday and they really helped make it so special. I would definitely recommend staying here!

酒店就在中央公園對面，土豪金大樓非常顯眼，晚餐後漫步中央公園體驗不錯，酒店餐廳就不錯，不過早餐都要求正裝才能進，有點不盡人意，附近餐廳也挺多，不遠處有個叫Smith的餐廳就挺好吃。轉盤對面商場負一樓有個whole foods可以買牛奶水果零食，很方便。猶豫特朗普酒店特色是有廚房，所以特意買了一大塊牛排，自己煎出來超級滿足。淋浴站在浴缸裏很不喜歡。

除了多收49刀每人每天的resort fee這個不能接受，希望能取消， 位置很好，跟park central. Manhattan club在同一個building 裝修過比較新，但是房間洗手間浴室都太小了，衹有Manhattan club的一半大 早餐挺豐盛，晚餐可以忽略不計， 斜對麪就是卡耐基大廳，出門就是地鐵站，走路10分鐘到times square 5分鐘到central park 門口地鐵15分鐘到華爾街， 如果可以取消resort fee. 之後每次去都會定這個酒店 不然還是會選擇Manhattan club

因為飛機晚點，半夜1點才到酒店，前台的女士非常迅速的幫我辦好入住手續，果然是紐約速度。酒店位置非常好。到第五大道大概走路3分鐘，轉彎就到中央公園，地鐵站也就走路5分鐘的樣子。酒店是後現代都市簡約風格，房間不錯，很有紐約公寓的感覺，可惜早餐有點太隨意，過於簡單，不過紐約酒店的早餐大抵如此，算是很不錯的酒店

很晚才到,前台的女士很棒,非常有幫助。另外,我們昨晚在遊行導致道路關閉的情況下,在通往機場的交通方面也幫了我們很大的忙 我們能夠把車停在門口,不用打車,他們知道怎麼對待客人。 房間很乾淨!

非常方便的位置，房間非常乾淨整潔，並擁有您需要的一切（如果不需要，家務會帶給您）。房間有點暗，有更多的燈光會很好，但是由於我的房間在高樓層，當我打開窗帘時還可以。友善一般，但也不是特別不友善。該酒店似乎沒有其他設施，例如健身房，游泳池或餐廳，但您可以在大堂免費煮咖啡和可可。大堂還有一個可愛的小陽台。總體而言，我對住宿感到滿意，如果有機會，我還會再來的。

可能是被升級了，房間特別大，設施齊全。位置也很好，樓下就是地鐵站，去肯尼迪機場方便，走到中央火車站也衹有十多分鐘。周邊有超市和餐廳，不遠處還有一個網紅吃早餐的地方。就是房間內燈光不太夠，洗澡水可以再大些。

酒店就在曼哈頓最市中心的地方，邊上就是中央車站，再走二百米就是第五大道和42街交叉口，有我最喜歡的紐約公立圖書館，沿着熱鬧的第五大道都是美麗而古老的大樓，很多咖啡館和餐廳，教堂，中央公園，大都會藝術博物館，古根博物館…總子你要是和我一樣喜歡古老的建築博物館美術館住在這裏最合適不過。全部步行能到。酒店房間在寸土寸金的紐約算是大的，也比較安靜，房間沒有供應喝的水，一樓超市有賣，中央車站裡有個大超市也有賣的，熱水壺可以問前台客服要會送來。因為周圍有太多的咖啡館，一早開門供應新鮮的咖啡和剛出爐的麪包，所以沒必要在酒店吃。

缺點：酒店大堂和走廊很暗。房間很小-每次我從浴室出來時，都不斷在床架上砰砰地跳。浴室又小又黑，櫃檯空間很小。沒有多餘的衛生紙。房間裏的梳妝台幾乎完全被酒店要您購買的食物和飲料所佔據（當然是荒謬的價格）。電視無法正常工作。如果發霉，房間裏有難聞的氣味。暖通空調響亮。 優點：優越的地理位置。現場壽司店不錯。

Ci hanno dato una stanza che stanza non era, infatti erano piu locali nei quali c’erano un cucinino, i due letti matrimoniali e un divano con poltrona. la nota di merito va al personale: sia gli addetti alle pulizie( che eseguono egregiamente il loro lavoro) sia alla reception(estremamente alla mano, disponibilissimi). gli addetti ogni mattina in tempo record puliscono le camere, lavando le stoviglie utilizzate e fornendo asciugamani/set di cortesia. vista discreta su una zona di NY molto piú calma rispetto al generale: davanti si trova Fairway, aperto h24, molto comodo per comprare qualsiasi tipo di necessitâ e anche starbucks e una farmacia. tornerei assolutamente perchè è stata veramente un’esperienza molto positiva.

We had a great time at the Manhattan Club and we stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The location is fantastic and you can walk to virtually anything you would need but its also very close to the Subway. There are great restaurants within just a few blocks (and closer) and you will never run out of things to do. We did have a car and we used their valet service which was fast and reasonable. The unit was very big however some of the furniture (in our case the sofa) could use some updating. The sofa in our unit although clean and physically in good shape was not very comfortable. Additionally we had a problem the the tub stopper in the master bath which although maintenance came up and looked at the issue was never fixed during our stay so we used the shower in the second bathroom which was nice. The could also use some type of shelving or storage in the bathrooms as there is no place to put any of your bathroom items. Make sure you take advantage of the owners lounge on the 26th floor as it is really nice and the bartender makes great drinks although sometimes he would display a very New York attitude which although I enjoyed I think others may be put off by such an attitude. Overall we had a great time and as long as you are not bothered by some minor issues and don't expect absolute top of the line facilities you will not be disappointed as The Manhattan Club offers good value.

酒店位置無敵，出來步行可達中央公園，時代廣場，還有無數曼哈頓的著名景點，旁邊就是地鐵站，交通非常方便。 酒店服務也很棒，電話前台就送來了吹風機和咖啡機，房間乾淨整潔。 就是基本客滿，導致電梯都很緊張，需要等待。酒店有些房間裝修有些老舊，細節地方比如牆角可能不太美觀了。看個人是否關注吧。

我出差在這裏,在Arthouse住了四晚。在紐約出生長大,我想住一家感覺更貼心的酒店,遠離紐約的喧囂。從我走進去的那一刻起,氛圍就完美了。他們擁有一支優秀的管理團隊和員工,管理層始終如一地在大堂裏接待客人,確保一切順利。有一個小的、親密的酒吧,在晚上開張,供應美味的雞尾酒。服務是真誠的,現場。優越的地理位置在上西側,一條小街上-薩拉芬納的大堂在大堂外,提供美味的食物,遠離大堂。大堂是一個社交或完成一些工作的好地方-牀超級舒服,房間很乾淨...真的很喜歡這個酒店,肯定會回來的!

We stayed here for a week in May and loved it! We were nervous after reading negative reviews but really can't understand what reviewers were complaining about as that was not our experience at all. As 3 females travelling we always felt safe here - Central Park was 10 minutes one way and Times Square was 10 minutes the other way, it's a perfect location. We loved the view from our room at night time when New York was all lit up. Our room was spacious with a big bathroom, always well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The little kitchenette was very handy when we bought drinks and groceries, or took boxes up from breakfast. Talking of breakfast this was fantastic - a huge room with plenty of seating and a massive array of fresh food always being restocked by the plenty of staff milling around answering any queries and cleaning up. There was a gentleman who was always clearing away tables and emptying the bins and was friendly and helpful. He obviously loved little kids and would pay special attention to families who were juggling their kids while also trying to have breakfast. A couple of times we saw him produce a packaged cookie from his back pocket to give to a little one and their little faces lit up and the parents were always so pleased that someone was paying attention to their kids - we thought this was lovely and such a personal touch. We've read other reviews that the breakfast room was too small with a limited range but that is not the case at all - it was brilliant - best of all they provide boxes so that you can take foodstuffs away with you which we did all the time and could then store in our in room fridge. We never saw the cleaners but they did an amazing job and twice they did our washing up! We never had that before and it was a pleasant surprise as we were intending to do it when we got back in the evening. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and one young lady receptionist always gave us a wave and a smile as we passed by as she recognised us after a couple of days, though she always struggled to understand our English accents! The concierge guys were brilliant and so helpful. I can't remember their names except for the one with a film star name - Orlando. They answered all our annoying tourist questions and one of the guys, when we asked about a cab, took us up to the corner and used his whistle to stop a cab, opened the door and sent us on our way - such a nice personal touch which made us feel cared for. The air conditioning in our room was very effective and was not noisy at all so maybe the people who mentioned it were just unlucky. Yes the elevators did make a noise but not that you couldn't sleep. We loved New York and would like to return and will definitely stay here again - I would 100% recommend staying here.

西區YMCA絕對是沒有皺褶的地方,但位置優越。您就在中央公園和哥倫布環線旁邊。時代廣場向南走過去很容易。我們住了2個不同的房間。第一個有雙層牀,挺小的,但是牀很舒服,房間也乾淨。還有小電視和冰箱。我們有一個半私人浴室,就在大廳下面。這意味着我們必須掃描浴室門上的鑰匙才能進去,但一旦進去,我們打掃乾淨時就有了隱私。浴室保持乾淨整潔。我們能夠將入住的後半段升級爲房間,其中有一張大牀和一間室內浴室。再次,這家酒店沒有褶皺。週邊可以很粗糙,但結束一天的觀光,乾淨舒適。我們沒有時間利用健身房、游泳池、桑拿等,但看起來不錯。我推薦西區YMCA。如果你去紐約,你應該出去做點事情,而不是坐在房間裏。我們所需要的一切。
