Perfect location, kind and professional staff.

我們在美國旅行的經驗很少。有些事情對我們來說很不尋常。房間裡沒有水，窗戶無法打開，電梯等了很久，早餐也一樣簡陋。不過，床單每天都換，毛巾也夠了。床非常好。地理位置優越，步行即可到達所有主要景點（博物館、公園、購物中心、劇院、地鐵站）。

我們住得很愉快。位置無與倫比。搭乘地鐵即可到達任何您想去的地方。早餐和「放縱時光」非常美味。

I stayed at WestHouse while the city was in the middle of an arctic blast. My room, according to the thermostat was at 70°F, no heat to speak of even after turning the temp up to the highest setting it will allow. I called the front desk and was told the engineer would take a look but never did come. The room could use a face lift - wood panel peeling, missing switch for the light, etc). The buffet-style breakfast every morning was a pleasant amenity with the ability to get tea, coffee, etc during the course of the day. The staff was cordial from front desk, to maintenance to the buffet staff. I needed a quiet and peaceful getaway and my stay was just that despite a few hiccups.

Arrivati una sera verso le dieci la stanza non era ancora pulita mi hanno fatto aspettare in corridoio per circa 40 minuti per dare il tempo di pulirla Ho girato parecchio ma non sono stato soddisfatto del servizio essendo a New York è un Hoter definito 5 stelle mi spiace
