紐約市東村 Moxy 飯店(Moxy NYC East Village)

From the moment you walk through the door you feel like you're in an environment that has been meticulously designed to interest and accommodate you at the same time. At no point is the feeling diminished...it just works from the small pulpit reception through the expansive yet intimate lounge, up the elevator that can not fail to brighten your day. Rooms are small but efficient and everything was in perfect shape. Restaurant downstairs is like entering another dimension...fantastic at every level. Staff everywhere are warm, welcoming and helpful. I'm a constant traveler and this hotel just gets it.

It was the most horrible stay of my life! The bed and the pillows were so hard that I developed a backache and tingling down my leg by the 4th night! The bed is also situated straight infront of the window with freezing draft hitting me in the face all night in the dead of winter! The staff although freindly had little to offer. By day 7 of not getting any rest and getting hit with the cold draft, I fell ill with a high fever and vomiting and my entire trip was ruind! The trip back home was more difficult with me being very sick. I'm finally home and very upset of how things turned out. I will never stay at any of your facilities again and I'm seriously considering sueing the hell out of you guys for this horrific waste of my time and resources!

The location is more quiet than other areas of NYC and subway stations are not far. Good food options nearby. The quad room is great for families. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only cons are the elevator makes weird all night and the bathroom is not as private as we would have preferred. It was not so bad that it was a deal breaker but something to be aware of.
