紐約下東區英迪格飯店 - IHG 旗下飯店(Hotel Indigo Lower East Side New York)

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Hello The Hotel is really Bad. I was charged Double for the stay and they have been charging me daily on my account without my permission. Even after speaking to there management i am not getting any solutions. Thy do not understand hospitality and they do not communicate. I am going to write to consumer court in USA for the issues that they have created

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hardly slept for 2 nights. Ruined our 2 day trip to NY. No soundproofing on windows and on 4th floor felt like at street level. Staff seem annoyed at check in even though had no special requests. Essentiallly were busy chatting with each other and acted like we interrupted to check in. Blinds ripped and dirty and falling off window on one side.

I enjoyed the neighborhood. The hotel was nice and I liked the decor. But it was most certainly not a luxury hotel. It was quite expensive for what it was. Staff was very nice and helpful. But I wish we didn’t have issues to begin with. We felt a little turned around by being offered an upgrade, which it wasn’t at all. The room was on the floor with the fitness room and you could hear constant pounding. The room they switched us to on the 5th floor had the same sound problem. Very unpleasant.

Their lies. They charge my daughter $40 dollars per night extra that was not disclosed when we book. I paid in full for my daughter reservation because she is a student and had a budget for this trip. She didn’t have any money left in her card. She called us saying they would not let her in the hotel without a $300 deposit that would be refunded after she stays. We had to zelle to her $300 more. When she checked out they said we keeping $80 for 2 nights is fees we need to charge. Now we getting only $220 refund from deposit. Smooth way to get you to book.When we booked we ask to pay in full including taxes and all fees. They didn’t say anything about those fees. So when you book with this hotel remember is $40 extra per night plus $300 deposit to check in. We still did not received any refund.

The hotel itself was generally nice. However, they have a 15th floor nightclub which played thumping club music until 2AM that could be heard all the way to the 6th floor where we stayed. Further, we requested a roll away bed that they said they would send up, but never did nor communicated back to us. Also, the room was missing a blow dryer - which we called for numerous times before they brought it. At the nightly rate, $400+, the rooms should be silent for sleeping and fully stocked.
