That policy of not cleaning the rooms everyday can determine us from coming back, never heard before of such a policy. Reconsider this ! We are locals and like the area!

Our room was very clean and very nice however with younger children, doesn’t make sense we were given the room right beside the bar on Flagler.

I thought the hotel was very nice; however, I didn’t like like the fact that they only had 2 elevators and one was not working or was out of service. Also, it was very inconvenient because the hotel’s internet went down almost the entire trip and we were not able to use our phones to text or for searching the Internet. In addition, some of the TV selections would not work like Netflix since the internet was down. Other than that everything else was satisfactory.

We thought for the amount of money it cost us to stay for two nights ($1000) that the elevators should be functioning properly, the air conditioning in the hallways would be working and the breakfast would have been better. We were happy with our room size and cleanliness as well as the location to Flagler Ave and the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the people noise in the main lobby. They need to install some acoustic tiles to muffle the sound at breakfast.

great location, great service, however, the bathroom in the lobby was a horrible mess, with fecal matter all over the toilet and bowl. Needs a good deep cleaning. disgusting!!!
