This was the most horrible stay

The curtains were stained, the sheets were stained, the bathroom smelled like a sewer. I notified front desk, but they were not very helpful. The staff was always quick to say no or we can’t. Very poor customer service. Also, something to consider is that they don’t actually have in room dishing. Whet they have is delivery from their restaurant during hours of operations. There is no room bottle service, coffee service or door hangers for next day breakfast. There is no 24 hr food and beverage option at the hotel.

The room I requested a king with a balcony was given away before I checked in. I brought my nice camera with lenses in anticipation of this trip. I was provided an upgraded room, but it had no balcony or windows that I could use for photographic purposes. I was told that the room was sold out ahead of time because of weddings. The room was clean however there was a lack of insulation and you could hear loud music and motorcycle rumbling every night until 3AM. Drum music started promptly at 9AM in the morning. Again, if I knew that I wasn’t getting the room I requested I would have stayed elsewhere irregardless of an upgrade

Wonderful place to stay, only steps from Bourbon and Canal Streets. Main entrance is on Dauphine and Iberville so you can avoid the crowds should you choose. All staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Room was clean and trendy, although we could have used an extra dresser for storing clothes and the like. Would gladly stay here again when given the chance!

Great location! Walkable to French quarters and lots of dining options. We got a balcony room overlooking Canal street which can be quite loud at night, so great option if you plan to sleep past 2-3am or if you are a heavy sleeper. People watching can be fun, and very relaxing. Our balcony room did share the balcony with our neighbor, which was not expected but fortunately our neighbor was nice and we just minded our own business. The services were great but we didn’t get room service for one day. It wasn’t a big deal but we did run out of paper coffee cups for the second morning. And the day housekeeper cleaned the room, she took the used toiletries and didn’t get us new ones… But I’m sure if you asked the front desk will refill it for you. The staff were extremely friendly and their travel desk was awesome! Strongly recommended to book through the travel desk if you didn’t make any plans. The restaurant on site closes quite early (10-11pm), but there are lots of late night dining options nearby. Overall good place to stay, will come back again!

Older hotel, but clean.. great maid service and fitness center. Nice lobby. If you get a balcony room… would advise one facing pool rather than Bourbon st due to noise level

The property was as expected. The ice machine was always broken. The best part of my stay was the customer service. Everybody went above and beyond during my stay and greeted me with a smile. Each bar tender made a kick ass drink!
