Great location, near to Roosevelt Hotel, Canal Street, Bourbon Street but far enough not to hear the noise. Clean and comfy but without cleaning for duration of staying, reception like a ghost town, not soul and nothing less that don’t feel reflective to the price.

Great location, close to everything in French quarter. You can hear everything going on around your room. Every door that closes sounds like its in your room and can hear every conversation in other rooms like its your room.

Few amenities, but great location! The only downside to the property is noise. People in the halls sound like they are right in your room and the street noise is a lot to deal with and try to sleep through.

I liked the location and staff at the hotel. Other than that everything else was disappointing. We had to wait a couple of hours before check-in because our room was getting cleaned, but once we were in the room there was food on the floors and we had to clean it ourselves. The gym is tiny and there were no windows for sunlight although we had a suit. It feels very stuffy in the rooms and makes you not want to be there other than for sleeping. For a nice-looking building, the rooms were very poor and i would definitely recommend a different hotel when visiting New Orleans

Hotel itself was nice. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, our room had two large cockroaches. One was alive crawling on the drapes after we checked in. The other was dead in the bathroom , we were not expecting that.

El hotel es bonito, está limpio, habitaciones confortables. Sin embargo es necesario realizar la limpieza diariamente sin necesidad de que el cliente lo solicite. Deberían esforz**** para hablar en español y ser más amables en recepcion

Assistant Manager Jamise was very rude and parking is not available and just cheat us by booking this property only for close to downtown .. ******* don’t encourage this type of hotels

Over priced no breakfast no maid service out dated just shop for something better
