Daughter is at Tulane and love staying at the Nopsi! Great hotel and perfect location. Friendly and accomplished staff. Highly recommend.

Best place and location to be. Walking distance to EVERYTHING!! It was a surprise trip for Hubby's birthday, he loooooooved it!!

The hotel is located in the centre of the city. The staff are really nice and the hotel rooms are very big and nice.

Absolutely LOVE this hotel! The service was impeccable. The food and drinks was excellent.

Wir waren das zweite Mal im NOPSI Hotel in New Orleans. Wir hatten die Suite mit Sonnenterrasse dieses mal. Das erste mal hatten wir die Eckzimmersuite. die Terrasse ist traumhaft und macht das Zimmer im 9. Stock auch aus. Ansonsten war die Bandausstattung im Eckzimmer größer und moderner. Ins gesamt war das Zimmer mit der Sonnenterrasse eher kleiner und die Dusche auch eher älter. Die Terrasse aber sehr schön und Sonne den ganzen Tag, so das man sich am Nachmittag schon dort rauslegen kann. Was fehlte waren Unterlagen für die Liegen, wir mussten und mit den Handtüchern behelfen. Von der Lage her liegt das Hotel sehr gut. Fußläufig ist man schnell im French Quarter.

We booked our stay in May for the first weekend of December. We thought everything was fine until we received a voicemail from the hotel when we landed in New Orleans saying they didn't have our booked room available. We had booked a terrace double queen room. All terrace rooms are on the 9th floor. When checking in the person told us there was a conference going on. We asked to speak with the manager and he told us it was due to a maintenance issue. He said they upgraded our room to a double queen suite. Big difference between a top floor (9th) room with a terrace to a 4th floor looking at a parking garage. The manager didn't care at all. He said he would give us a $50.00 a night hotel credit and we found out that included $30 a night that was given to us when we booked. We found this out when we checked out. We found out from the staff that the manager had actually given our room to someone else and that there was no maintenance issue on the 9th floor. I will not be going back especially for the price. Also the rooftop bar and pool were closed during our stay. We had no choice but to take the room they offered. The manager absolutely didn't care about us and how upset we were. His attitude was to bad take it or leave it.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and nice and the location is convenient. I booked this hotel for one night through *******. The person checking us in insisted that I was booked for two nights when my ******* reservation shows for certain I was only booked for one. I was told there was nothing they could do, and I had to take it up with *******. This made me feel rather stressed. After some back and forth, and because I had not paid yet, they agreed to make my reservation for one night, which is what I had requested in the first place. I was charged for one night, and upon check out I was told they would email me a receipt. I never received the receipt. I used their text/chat to request that they please send me a receipt. After several back and forths I was able to get a receipt for my one night stay. All's well that ends well, but for the same money and less hassle, you can stay at the Intercontinental down the street. Maybe they just have a problem booking with ******* and you can have a better experience if you book with them directly. Car valet and bellman and other staff were lovely.

Great hotel. Just one suggestion about their Go Green program. I don’t agree it should be a full skip the room being refreshed. I would still like to have my room attended to so coffee, water, toilet paper and Kleenex’s are replenished as needed. Other hotels I have stayed in the USA have Go Green options for changing sheets and towels. That I agree with, but when you skip a room entirely and don’t even make it up you are taking jobs away.

Es war gut, für den Preis würde ich mehr erwarten. Ich wollte den Zimmerservice beanspruchen, dieser war nicht verfügbar. Telefon funktionierte nicht, keine Reaktion auf meine Mail. Ich wollte das Housekeeping täglich, das wurde ignoriert. Service: schlecht Valet Parking Service war sehr gut und mit USD 47 ohne Taxen teuer aber ortsüblich. Die CHF 130 für Tours vom Plattform-Anbieter sind nicht brauchbar, daher eher ein Lockvogel Angebot. —- It was good, I would expect more for the price. I wanted to use room service but it was not available. Phone didn't work, no response to my email. I asked for housekeeping daily, which was ignored. Service: bad Valet parking service was very good and expensive at USD 47 without taxes, but typical for the area. The CHF 130 for tours from the platform provider are not usable, so they are more of a decoy offer.

Spacious, very clean rooms. It was nice to have a bar fridge in the room. My only issue is with the $25 a night resort fee, which is a ripoff. That gets you wifi, 2 bottles of water, and use of the gym…most of which are free in many other hotels.

While the NOPSI is a nice property in a good location, the service and amenities are marginal at best. From a truly inedible breakfast in the restaurant to the doormen literally never opening the door, the lack of customer service was remarkable.
