Hotel booked by our firm for national workshop, but location is inside of some narrow street initially we're unable to find the exact location even on google map, food was okay, amenities like wifi and other things not good, room provided have some issues like bathroom door can't be closed due to door lock is not functional, room is not clean as we don't expect and service is the also poor in this property.

They show in the mmt to be at a posh place but it is situated inside a small lane smelly, nasty, beside open urinary. The hotel is smelly, the room is dirty the staff are impolite. The don't have connected land-line and the tv is half a century old and doesn't work. They don't change the sheets. The location where it is situated is really bad if you are planning to visit with your family.

Very horrible stay i had even for drinking water i have to go to basement n have to fill bottle n take to my room, room cleaning service very bad after calling many time reminder calls he came only once n left in 5 min also took extra charges from me so i told mmt team n complaint for it mmt agent told to resolve matter in 3-4 hr now its almost 3-4 days but no responce from any one horrible behaviour of hotel team

As per my booking i booked room in hotel apple villa @ paharganj in delhi but when reached there with my husband and 4 year baby, they said that to shift us to near by hotel, as i booked dulex room in appel villa they shift us to nearby hotels which rooms are not like dulex room as i am already booked and paid, with my little baby i bound to shift to the next hotel they provide, because its summer and very hot my baby was also sick i didn't argue with them but i booked hotel appel villa, they said that the near by hotel is also part of the same appel villa

Very bad service and behaviou from hotel staff they tell us to fill water in bottle n take to room if we complain this issues with make my trip agents they tell us to wait for 2-3 hr to resolve then they do not call us back ever very bad experience. Dont want any discount pls do provide proper service pls

Worst experience , They have charged an extra 500 for AC Room, but AC was not working in the room, and there is no window for room and washroom either. Toilet was not cleaned and very bad smell when you enter to the room totally waste of money even staff is not helping with the AC issue. Don't book this hotel for family.

The location of the hotel was terrible, it took me an hour just to find the hotel. The staff working there are rude and the rooms are new, but unclean. Google says it's 3 star but it's not even 1 star to be honest.

Non ac room are good only difficulty to reaching this place it is situated inside the market so the roads are always congested when raining time it is very difficult to go out because all the waste from the market come to the road

Very worst experience in my life. The room quality and services are very poor. We had booked 3 triple rooms but they provided only 2 triple rooms and one double room instead of a triple room.

The location of property is good. It is very near to rk ashram metro station, just 5 min of walk. But i am not satisfied with the cleanness. Rooms was not clean as per expected.

Off location, worst experience, staff was cooperative but the condition of the hotel is not as per the standard of mmt. First time i got disappointed with mmt.

Reception is full of attitude. Non cooperative. They had provide. Very thin single blanket. I am traveling with my grand mother she feels cold so i had asked for another blanket they said they do not have extra blanket in there hotel and we suffer full night in cold. Very bad experience

Room is good, neat and clean, bathroom is also neat and clean, ac is working properly, cooling very good, but bedsheets are not washed very well.

Environment is good and service staff also copra table, neat and clean rooms near main bazaar paharganj
