Check in, get to the room. No issue. Already in the shower and noticed there's no towels. Have to Get out, shake off, get dressed, go downstairs and get two towels. Get back in the shower, notice. There's no soap or shampoo. Have to get out, dry off, get dressed, go downstairs and get shampoo and soap. Turn the bed down and there's cigarette or cigar ash all over the white sheets on the inside of the bed. Immediately get dressed, and go to the North shore hotel. Room was disgusting, it's like they forgot to even clean it before new guests arrived. I don't recommend.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean. However there were no towels and no soaps in the room. While the front desk did provide them and all of the linens were far from being white and clean LOOKING as well as multiple sewn rips/tears in sheets.Hair dryer missing. Bathroom lighting was VERY poor as well as the exhaust fan very loud. No breakfast of any kind provided, not even coffee in the lobby area and no coffee makers in room.

No towels, smoke detector was in pieces under the bathroom sink. The pipe to the showerhead leaked. But mostly it was not having any towels that earned the low mark. The people at the front desk were very nice.

Room was dirty, there was sticky substance on the night table that had hair attached to it, there was hair all over the floor, there was cigarette ash and garbage on the floor, the floor had not been vacuumed anytime recently, and the bed sheet had cigarette burns and sticky stuff on it. And the room wreaked of cigarette smoke.

The toilet seat was broken, the tub/shower had mold, there was no soap or washcloths. The rooms furniture was old and broken. The lobby was a mess and the front desk clerk was microwaving food that stunk up the lobby.

The staff was friendly, but the hallway smelled musty. My room was quiet, bed not so comfortable though.

Reserved for 3 people. Only 2 shower towels in the bathroom, no small towels at all. Hair dryer was broken. No desk chair, no refrigerator, no microwave… They had nothing!

There was absolutely nothing that we liked! Everything was filthy. The beds didn't appear to be changed. The toilet was disgusting. Bathroom floor was dirty. We will never be back!

Hotel is terrible, we stayed here for three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once, no changing towels, no making bed, nothing, no one even came in our room, the property is in the middle of nowhere, nothing around to buy anything to eat or drink, except a gas station that you have to cross a dangerous highway to reach, also the hotel is in very bad shape and has a smell to it, some of the appliances in the room doesn’t even work. One night we came back after a very tiring day of walking and our keycard didn’t work, the manager of the hotel wasn’t even there and we have to wait like an hour for him to come back after a drunk lady told us he was coming back “in 5 minutes” every five minutes, I know it’s a budget option but man avoid this if you can spare some extra dollars to stay in a real hotel, this place is like a mad house.

I fully understand this was an inexpensive hotel..BUT...whew. Our room was not what we booked online, the spot where our mini fridge was..was just a open space.. no fridge. both comforter and sheets had both stains/ tears. (no bed bugs though). Weird stains on the floors... The shower pressure was fine but it would barely become warm, and did not stay so for long. TV had options such as Netflix and YouTube but you weren't able to sign in to use them..Only the "live" TV worked. The internet was a mess.. had multiple different options, and in my case none of them worked. But one did for my fiance. (Also, skip the 10 dollar charge to use xfinity WiFi. Once you leave your room for anything it will not reconnect.) hallway outside room smelled of cigarette smoke or ****. Had two very noticeable leaks as well. If you just need somewhere cheap to sleep and shower, this is for you. Just go into it knowing that.

The staff was very friendly. This trip was a simple overnight and check out the next morning. Arrived late at night. Was helped very well at front desk. Upon receiving room cards, we discovered at looking for bed bugs ( found none) that the room was totally disgusting. Found public hairs on all the covers and sheets, as well as on the floor blowing around like dust bunnies. Also discovered blood on all the sheets and unknown white splatters on both headboards. Also found black mold on ceiling in the bathroom. This was room 409. After contacting front desk, we were able to receive new ( cleaner sheets) , no blankets, were offered to have comforter washed and dried, but due to time restraints not acceptable. I must reiterate that the front desk staff was great. The cleaning staff however was anything but. It was clear a couple had the room and had their fun. And instead of the house keeping staff cleaning and washing stuff, they just remade everything,. Of course we cleaned what we could but really didn't sleep. Again another room was not an option or leaving due to our arrival time and leaving time in the am, other wise this would have been a total 100% no go. Very dissatisfied with overall visit.

No coffee and tea in lobby as advertised. No internet. TV did not have cable and there was not a sufficient signal. Over all very run down. Sheets were stained.

This property was absolutely disgusting. Our room smelled like cigarettes and there were stains everywhere. There was mold in the vents and on the curtains. Disgusting stains on the bedsheets, floor, and in the bathroom. Things were falling apart. No ice bucket, tv wasn’t working.
