特瑞博機場大飯店(Airport Hotel Grand, New Delhi)

Convenient close to Airport both T2 and T3. It’s not luxury hotel however good for a night stay in reasonable price. Overall experience was fine as expected. We just booked for a night as had to take flight next day from T2.

This is most Terrible experience I had my entire life And I don’t know why booking.con promoting such bad quality hotel with fake photos with out checking the reality and this case *********** but be responsible for all of this nothing can mentioned good in this place 1. All the bedsheets and towels are very dirty and very old 2. Bathroom like public toilets 3. All the shower caps broken, they will provide you the bucket and bowl to take showers 😂 4. No hot water if you need they will bring one bucket of hot water 5. No AC 6. No HK will clean the room need to call from the morning till evening to bring HK to clean the room 7. No one speck English 8. Room service can’t understand if we need to order something they only specks their languages 9. No Iron we request a iron it’s came after 3 days that also 100 years old 10. No hangers 11. Worst BF I ever had only bed tossed and couple of egg no butter but they charge for breakfast. When room service served food no cutlery no plates I am hotelier so I am very sad to have this experience and I’ll make sure this will bring attention to all social media bookings. Reporting to *********** and others booking patrol They don’t respect the guest there is person call chowdray his big time players in the hotel he don’t care anything or anyone just doing his own things and I’ll report this also to Indian tourist board this is an nigh**ares

受了很多苦。我們今天預訂了 3 間雙人床房。 1.沒有熱水。他們說他們要研究3個小時，然後他們說晚上會到，經過很多責罵後他們給了一根乳液棒。 2.光線極差。只有一扇側窗無法打開，因為另一側有一堵牆與窗戶相連。窗戶甚至沒有光線。假天花板上只有 4 個小嬰兒燈，看不到我犯人的臉。 3.破舊的毯子和骯髒的浴室。 4.酒店工作人員只是在聽，什麼也不做。
