Room is very big and the facility is new

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen with ceramic plates, real glass and cups. A small stove and a fridge. The living room had a sofa and two love seats with pillows. The beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Complained about the noise level above and never changed. Sounded like a herd of elephants stomping day and night. Turns out it was 9 kids in the room! Unacceptable! Was never given a chance to change rooms after reporting it. Instead, was lied to, told they were checking out that day. This wasn't true. Toilet leaked all over the bathroom daily. On a good note, the hair products were great!

Staff was excellent everything was clean it was one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel, rooms are really nice, only one downside. When I stay there again I would make sure I didn't get the same room because of something behind the locked door in the bedroom. HVAC maybe? Idk but loud and annoying never shuts off. It would have been nice to have a quiet room for sleep. But excellent otherwise.

Very clean establishment. Staff was very kind and courteous. When in the area I plan to make this establishment my destination.

I liked the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Even though there was a boatload of kids staying there, the room was quiet enough and sleep wasn’t an issue. My only small comment would be that the couch in the living room area could have been more comfortable. Other than that I was pleased to see a full sized fridge in the kitchenette along with a good sized (and clean) microwave.

The hotel room was great but we did only get double size beds even though we paid for 2 queen size which made it hard to fit 3 kids in one bed. The hotel was clean and put together. Only down side was the shower head was broken so you could not change the pressure. however this was really not that big of a deal. Overall the property is a great place to stay.

I thought it was a beautiful property, however, the quality of how the doors were hung in the bathroom was poor. There was a giant gap in the door. I like to leave the bathroom light on so I am able to find it during the night--I close the door and I can see the outline of the door, yet there was this gaping area that made the bedroom too bright to do that. Poor quality workmanship.
