納迪胡拉華麗帳篷旅館(Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge)

La struttura vanta tantissime tende attrezzate con servizi igienici molto belle ma nel complesso questo grande lodge presenta pecche organizzative e strutturali non da poco. In agosto qui la notte fa freschino ma la tenda non aveva nessun tipo di riscaldamento e la notte era veramente fredda (c'è però lo scaldasonno). La sera ad un certo momento l'acqua calda ha smesso di funzionare completamente. Idem la mattina... appena il tempo di fare una doccia ed io sono rimasto senz'acqua calda. La cena compresa nella mezza pensione diciamo normale, ma non un granché. Colazione: tempi biblici!!!!!! Eravamo solo due coppie a fare colazione... alle 8:00 abbiamo ordinata ed il cibo è arrivato alle 9:10. Mi sembra un po troppo.... contrariamente a cena una portata dopo l'altra (ma questo è tipico qui in Sudafrica) a mitraglia, via un piatto su un altro, tipo imbuto, ed in meno di mezz'ora hai cenato. P.S. attenzione... a colazione avete solo te e caffè compresi. Se prendi un cappuccio te lo fanno pagare (ma questo non è specificato)...ROBE DA MATTI.

Location particolare a 50 minuti dal Gate del Kruger. Vista meravigliosa, cucina tipica ottima e personale super efficiente e disponibile. La camera è in tende moderne di lusso, attrezzate con ogni confort (letto riscaldato una favola…). Quiete e privacy in rapporto value for money ottimo.

Ontzettend mooie accomodatie met een waanzinnig uitzicht. Naast het hotel zit een struisvogel park. Er lopen verschillende dieren rond, zo hebben we een os en meerdere giraffen gezien tijdens ons verblijf. De tenten zijn onzettend luxe uitgerust en ook het zwembad is echt heerlijk. Ontbijt en avondeten is prima!

Приехали в этот отель на юбилей свадьбы в рамках нашего путешествия по Африке. Нас сразу же встретил жираф на территории. Он как раз ходил возле въезда в отель. Очень понравилось абсолютно все. Хорошее размещение. Палатки отличные со всеми удобствами. Есть подогреваемый матрас (там это просто необходимо, так как ночью очень холодно). Менеджер очень активный и полностью заинтересован своей работой. Весь персонал улыбчивый. Еда одна из самых вкусных из всех отелей, которые мы посетили в Африке. Очень сытные ужины. Порции большие и блюд много. Не помню чтобы мы до этого так объедались. Бесплатно чай и кофе на террасе в течение дня. На территории тропы для хайкинга. В общем отель просто супер, я бы осталась и на большее количество дней, но была возможность только на день остаться. Очень долго не вывозили багаж при выселении. Но какие-то сбои у всех бывают. We arrived at this hotel for our wedding anniversary as part of our trip to Africa. We were immediately greeted by a giraffe on the territory. He was just walking near the entrance to the hotel. I liked absolutely everything. Nice accommodation. The tents are excellent with all the comforts. There is a heated mattress (it is simply necessary there, as it is very cold at night). The manager is very active and fully interested in his work. All staff are smiling. The food is one of the most delicious of all the hotels we have visited in Africa. Very satisfying dinners. The portions are large and there are many dishes. I don’t remember that we overeat so much before. Free tea and coffee on the terrace throughout the day. On the territory of the hiking trail. In general, the hotel is just super, I would have stayed for more days, but there was only an opportunity to stay for a day. For a very long time they did not take out the luggage upon check-out. But everyone has some kind of failures.

We enjoyed everything, from the beautiful room, the boma dinner, chocolates on our bed, to the delicious breakfast. My six year old girl even said this is now her new favourite holiday destination. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The place is quite pretty and the tent concept is nice. Nevertheless, I have rarely seen such a bad staff. The team is very large but they are completely slow and inefficient. No consideration for the customer. The food is canteen level. For the price, we didn't expect a 5 star experience but we didn't think we would have such a bad experience either. Place to avoid, there are certainly plenty of better options in the area

Visited this place with 3 of my friend. Amazing location with friendly staff. Our waiter Jonathan was the best, made us feel welcomed. Felt like we’ve known him forever, he made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to visit again!

The Tented cabins was very cool atmosphere to walk out and take the giraffe eating right outside your patio balcony. The main lobby area was inviting and seeing the clouds in the morning down below in the valley was so peaceful. If your looking for nature, and fantastic service all together in one place, where the food is well prepared, this is your place. Would stay here again easily.

Very interesting experience. This was booked as part of a tour package. Not accommodation I would choose on my own. Didn’t realize that this was an actual tent until we got there. The first night, the electricity went out from 9pm till about 2:30am. it was so cold! There are heating pads on the beds but no other heat supply. However, the property is located on a hill with miles of pristine view. The view of the sunset is remarkable! Giraffes and impalas we seen roaming the property. The meals are delicious. Staff amazing. I would give the place a 5 star if it wasn’t for the heating situation.
