I booked a two-week stay but I only stayed one given the large number of bedbug bites. Although they temporarily cleaned my bedroom (applying hot steam) and changed the bedding, that is not enough and is evidenced by the increasing number of complaints for the same in recent months. Obviously they have not taken into account the claims since a temporary cleaning does not eliminate the eggs, which hatch and keep the infestation active. Requires fumigation and likely site closure during it. Of course they said that it is not their problem, they also not reimburse me for the days that I will not be there (6). Only good thing is the kitchen. I hope no one goes through this again, it is humiliating and unworthy, it takes a lot of time and money to disinfect all your belongings. The worst thing is knowing that your claim is not really heard, only temporary help, evidence is that the place continues to be infested for months.
