This place was my worst stay: 1) Lizards and insects in the room. 2) a pungent odor in the room that housekeeping is not able to understand and resolve even after 8 hours of checkin. 3) scary bathroom doors with very difficult tower bolt which hurt my kids while trying to lock it. Surprisingly when I asked the hotel about this, the answer was that all rooms has the same system. My overall experience was very bad. Just waiting for the night to get over so that I can go someplace else.

Location is good, food is ok ok but didn't like the rooms much. Kettle was broken in the room even the washroom was ok ok. If you are looking for a budget stay in neil island then go for it.

It was an amazing experience with them, everything was perfect and good. Staff was good, services and cleanliness was also good. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful

Rooms were clean but washroom was having hard water stains all over the tiles and bucket was also having stains, the resort is very well maintained and breakfast was also good. Very strict regarding the breakfast timings. They should deep clean the washrooms, rest everything is good.

Slow service. Food quality in terms of taste was so so. The variety of foods in buffet t were limited. The washroom kits were not proper.

Excellent place to stay in Neil Islands. Very good and well maintained property. The food is good too. There is a beautiful garden at this property. The staff is friendly as well. Wi-Fi connectivity is available. Rooms have proper functional air conditioning system.

Value for money. Nice place to stay with family. Definitely lot of room for improvement but has the charm to it. Needs a little walk from the road. Well attended staff though. Clam place with well spaced rooms.It rained the day we were there.
