Went to Sun Bowl game had an amazing time. The hotel is very close to the stadium. The hotel provided maps to get to the stadium. The front desk was very friendly. The check in and checkout was very easy. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Did not dine at the hotel restaurant so can not review this part.

Overall, okay hotel with promoted 24/7 shuttle service that wasn't available and higher priced than other hotels. PROS...very clean. Helpful staff. Close to the border (2 miles). Close to the airport (18 minute drive). Shuttle service, when available- see comments under Cons. Comfortable bed, mini fridge, hot shower, HBO on a large screen tv. Room temperature control works, a bit noisy but tolerable. CONS...Shuttle service not available when I arrived in the airport. Paid Uber $35 to get to the hotel. Next two days shuttle not available as it was pre-booked. Higher prices for the hotel than other nearby hotels. Had I known the limited shuttle availability I would have booked a lower cost hotel. Pool, hot tub freezing water (November) freezing cold.

What we did not like was that when we did the search for a hotel, we searched for hotels with breakfast included. This property showed up on the search. We booked and were under the impression we would get breakfast included but to our surprise it wasn't. The property should not show up on those results. Is it Expedia's fault or the Hilton Garden Inn? I don't know. But that was the one thing we asked for and did not get. Bummer.

The shower was broken me and my son had to take showers with extremely hot water. When I spoke to the front desk about the issue they sent a maintenance man up to the room and the maintenance man replied that it was broken and they weren’t gonna be able to do anything about it until the next day because I only turn off the water on Sundays. When we were checking out. I let them know once again the gentleman okay. Thank you for letting us he didn’t seem to worried about it.

We were there for a weekend and I definitely slept well the two nights that we were there. The pillows, the bed and the comforter were really nice. Not sure exactly what it was - maybe a combination of the three. It was in the perfect location for us to be able to walk to a concert at Don Haskins. This is not a new hotel, so the bathrooms could use some updating. The room and the entire hotel appeared to be clean but when you look closer there were things that could’ve been wiped off or vacuumed up. We found some leftover food in the microwave left by the previous guest. Overall, it was a good weekend and a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Great hotel! Super friendly staff and extremely convenient for visiting the UTEP campus. Clean room, bedding, and bathroom. Didn’t get the opportunity to take advantage of the breakfast or supper options, but both sounded great! Will definitely stay here again, even if not visiting UTEP.

The receptionist, Megan, did not greet us or even look up to acknowledge our presence. In the room, we immediately find a dead bug on the carpet near the bed and what appears to be blood stains on the mattress. We let Megan know about the room and she did not offer any condolences and instead made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Megan changed our room and we immediately smell like cigarette smoke in the room even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. We decided to just stay in the room despite the cigarette smoke smell because we didn't want to "disturb" Megan anymore. A couple of hours into our stay, the roof starts leaking because of the rain and the leak worsens within only 10 minutes, making the room is uninhabitable. We let Megan know that the roof was leaking in our suite and requested a new room. She was visibly annoyed with us bringing this up despite the fact that we were cordial during all of our encounters. She tried to get us to stay in the leaking room by saying that they didn't have any more rooms available, but we pushed for a new room since it is unacceptable to expect customers to pay for a room that is in that state. Long story short: she “offered” us a different room by slamming the receipt down in front of us and giving us an ultimatum, but she refused to let us see the room and refused to let us talk to her manager, Judith. Restaurant and bar area are very nice. Room was okay. Was disappointed to find the jacuzzi was cold and not working. My 10 year old was looking forward to swimming at night but it was too cold. That was the reason for our last minute booking.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that the pillows need to be replaced. Would definitely stay again.

The lady in the front was unprofessional. She had her AirPods in as she’s checking me in speaking to someone else in between our conversation. Didn’t have a chance to ask any questions because she was speaking to someone else. The shower pressure was awful and the whole bathroom needed extreme renovations as you barely could switch from shower mode to bath mode. Only convenience was the shuttle to the airport. These rates weren’t cheap and the facility definitely could do better.

Extremely clean, and the staff was exceptional. Aaron at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. It made our stay in El Paso even better, and will come here again and again.

Excellent location and great staff. Very clean. Large room . Had a diner at the restaurant . Not too pricey for the food that you get....

Terrible sound of a fan outside de room, all night, and the staff refused to turn it off! Couldn’t sleep at all!

Great, queit, and safe location. Front desk who checked us in was beyond excellent! My new go-to hotel in El Paso.
