Llegamos el dia de ayer en la noche. Hoy en la mañana no habia agua caliente en la ducha, se demoraron mas de 3 horas en arreglarlo, pero para la tarde, otra vez no habia agua caliente y ademas, no habia presion de agua, era imposible ducharse. Las peores primeras 24 horas, si pudiera darle puntaje negativo, lo haria.

Espectacular, delicioso y divertido. Beaches Negril, la mejor experiencia, el personal muy atento, amable y muy divertido, la playa hermosa, el ambiente cálido, el espectáculo en cada show, impecable e impresionante, en especial los chicos de acrobacia, baile y canto @Elvin,@Jhon, @ Dersha @ Jose todo maravilloso y muy cuidadosos con los niños un lugar perfecto para la familia y pasar momentos inolvidables.

tevon, dane, monique, shemar, odane, aulando helped find a lost phone… but that doesn’t even begin to describe the good experience here. they all helped and searched to get us a lost phone back (which we found) monique was a great bartender and so was our man mr.leon. couldn’t ask for a better experience between the help and service we got from each and every one of them. the kicker is we didn’t even stay here… we stayed at sandals but had the rest of our group of 12 stay here. regardless these members made our stay exceptional and better. special shoutout to the lifeguard shemar and our bartenders leon and monique. everyone else also made it amazing but they really stood themselves out

Es una playa extensa, muy bonita, aguas transparentes, arena blanca, igual tenia algas en algunos lugares pero era como pasto (no de la alga babosa) Se puede recorrer caminando, disfrutar las vistas y relajarse Puedes llegar en auto o tomar un tour

Point positif : La plage magnifique / l’équipe d’animation et du club enfant/ restaurant japonais sympa Points négatifs : Chambre exiguës, la chambre réservée devait avoir une vue mer surprise à notre arrivée un bâtiment en construction ( marteaux piqueurs, pelle mécanique en action dès 8h)juste à une dizaine de mètres du balcon sans aucun avertissement lors de nos échanges avec l’hôtel. Résultat changement de chambre lors du séjour après des négociations avec le front office manager et réduction sur la première nuit qui depuis 10 mois n’a jamais été effectuée malgré de nombreux mails….et un document d’accord. Gros problèmes avec les chaises de plages: plus rien de disponible à partir de 7h (certains reçoivent quelques dollars et bloquent les transats..) les mangers n’ont pas l’air de s’en soucier tout comme du reste ils prennent des notes mais rien n’est fait! Nourriture peu variée au buffet et très moyenne pour un hôtel qui se dit 5 étoiles, restaurant italien déconseillé et une attente très longue… Service bagage laisse à desirer les valises sont restées une heure devant la porte sans surveillance et nous avons du les rentrer nous mêmes, cocktails au bar très moyens. Bref première et dernière fois dans cet établissement qui équivaut à un trois étoiles en europe et qui est très loin de valoir le prix que l’on a payé ! Les managers devraient un peu plus encadrer leurs équipes, les services proposés sont très moyens mais l’emplacement est magnifique.

Tout était parfait. C’était la meilleure expérience de voyage. Toute l’équipe de divertissement a rendu ce voyage tellement mémorable, merci surtout à Adrian. Tout le monde était super gentil et chaleureux. La plage était très belle et l’ambiance à la piscine était incroyable.

Nous revenons tout juste de Beaches Negril. C’est notre troisième visite à cette station. On ne reconnait plus la qualité des stations Sandals ou Beaches. On a eu plusieurs désagrément, en commençant par la chambre qui devait avoir une vu sur la plage. On nous a donné une chambre avec vue sur un chantier de construction, avec tous les bruit qui vienne avec. On nous dit que l’hotel est plein et qu’il est impossible de nous bouger avec plusieurs jours. Plusieurs chose ne fonctionne plus. Par exemple, tous les immeubles, sauf un, n’ont plus de laveuse/sécheuses. Quand il y a un bris, on se dit qu’on peut comprendre mais quand c’est généralisé et que tout les laveuses et sécheuse sont brisé, il y a un problème. Si je vais a Cuba dans un hotel a $500, je m’attend a ca. Mais pas dans un hotel à $15,000. Le plus choquant, c’est leur attitude lorsqu’on expose notre mécontentement. On a jamais senti que le management se sentait concerné. Ils ont tenté de nous faire sentir qu’on était exigent. Quand on leur fait mention des choses qui ont changé, ils vont jusqu’à prétendre que ça toujours été comme ça. Je ne sais pas pour les autres hôtel de la chaines, mais celui-ci est rendu trop cher pour ce qu’il offre.

Return to Paradise at Beaches Negril: A Family Reunion Done Right Just returned from a family reunion at Beaches Negril, and I can't say enough about this place. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye, the team went above and beyond to make this a truly unforgettable trip. The butler service with Tawani and Shane was phenomenal. They anticipated our every need, making everything from daily reservations to last-minute requests seamless. I don't know how they manage to take care of villas on opposite ends of the resort, but they get it done. We also had an incredible private dinner on the beach, and the speed at which it was prepared and served by the culinary team led by Executive Chef Lamar was unbelievable. It was faster than some commercial kitchens I've seen serve 15+. GM Lancelot should be incredibly proud of this crew. One of the most impressive things about this resort is the staff's dedication. It was amazing to see so many familiar faces from our trip six years ago, with some having moved up to leadership roles. Bartender Jojo and Server Roy are now leading the team, and it's no surprise—their crew is rock solid. Special shout-outs to the incredible staff who made every day special: Alicia, who found us a cool spot under a fan at the Mill. The Mill team: Shanique, Amani, and Erroll, who made us feel like royalty at the buffet. Tazzale at the food trucks, who kept the kids happy with a constant supply of fries and tenders and always greeted us with a huge smile. Steven and Kamani, who kept the party going at the Big Top with their expert cocktails. The entire bar crew: Tashiki, Cassara, Rojay (All-day!), Conrad, Shannon, Monique, Carderro, Kevion, and especially Leon for those extra pineapple slices for the kids' virgin daiquiris. The nightly entertainment at Beaches Negril is in a league of its own. The team of just eight performers/entertainers is pure talent. I'm pretty sure I saw them everywhere, from the evening performances to daytime activities and the Sesame Street shows for the kids. For those who love adventure, the water sports and dive shack team is the best in the business. Our boat captain for our trip to Rick's was the same all-star team from our snorkeling adventure. Captain Julian and snorkel guide Raj (Papa Smurf) truly embody the spirit of Jamaica and are a huge reason we keep coming back. The dive team, including Bear and Garth, is world-class—if you dive, do not miss a chance to go with them. And for anyone looking to relax, the Red Lane Spa is a must. I was recently asked, if I ever go anywhere besides Jamaica. I explained that I love it there because of the people. Selena in concierge at Beaches Negril represents all of the love these people are. When we checked in, we were helped by Selena. My first order of business was to secure a cabana for every day of our trip (they are only available for rent when on property). I explained that I had to stay in the shade. She was able to secure a cabana for all but one day, she told me not to worry, she’d find me shade for that day too. Not only did she find me shade, but unbeknownst to me, she also arranged pool art in my honor. I scolded her because she made me cry. The beautiful Jamaican people are why I go back again and again.

Where do I begin? This is my second visit to Beaches Negril in Jamaica. I want to say first that the people that work there are mostly friendly and In particular we loved Rose who brought us food and drinks in our cabana, she was so lovely. Since I was last there in 2022 the resort had done many wonderful updates I loved the food trucks and generally the property seemed refreshed. However, we had booked a beachfront concierge room which had 2 beds and a "pull out couch" see the picture below. How is that a pull out couch? My mom and I travelled with my 13 year old son. There was no way anyone could sleep on that. When I called to be moved and they said "they were fully booked". That was interesting, the resort didn't appear fully booked. What they should've said is many of the rooms are under CONSTRUCTION in particular where we were which was the "Montpellier" rooms. No one informed us at any point that part of the resort was under construction. We had friends who had to move out late in the night from the smell of paint and fumes. Now, I will tell you that the first day mom FELL into a ditch at the restaurant by the water. I told them they should've put up a sign that said "Don't walk here for personnel only" they said "We shouldn't have been walking there", my mom is 82. Even after her falling and everyone seemed VERY CONCERNED no one bothered to put up a sign or a rope marking off a ditch that can easily be a problem for anyone... Also be aware that having a "Concierge" room only means that someone will walk with you to your room upon checking in and then never appear again. She promised to book me a "snorkeling adventure" the next day and a restaurant booking both NEVER was done. I had to go to the concierge desk and ask. Also, I am a returning Beaches guest and my mom has been to Sandals before. One night we were walking by and saw a party for "Returning Sandals/Beaches guests" when I asked why I was not invited they asked me my room number and went to check to see if I was on the "list". They couldn't even find me at all in the system. When I showed them my prior visit on my app. they looked uninterested and still didn't offer to invite us in. The next day I got a call about this and they told me they invited me by dropping off a folder in my room. How was I to know that? It was buried under a bunch of other papers. What I told them is that it would've been nice to have received a simple phone call letting me know that they "dropped some folder" off in my room with an invite in there for the party. I mean I don't think It matter anymore except the guy kept calling my room asking me who I spoke to at the party and what he looked like. I mean for real? Just send over a bottle of champagne or an apology for the mistake would've been great. It just put a bad taste in my mouth, my mom was celebrating her 82nd birthday and while the beach is beautiful and the food is good, why spend that kind money to be treated so poorly and lied to. Sean (pronounced Se-On) was great! He was such a cool young man & quickly made friends with my teenagers. Even came to hang out with them on his day off. It’s employees like him that make the experience feel like home. Also - The staff at the dive shop were AMAZING to my husband, helped him get certified to Lionfish hunt & went on a successful hunt!
