Terrible bathroom and shower set up. NO Privacy at all. This hotel did all good, but the way they INTENTIONALLY installed transparent bathroom and shower doors, as if the room is for single occupant. Unless the hotel change each bathroom and shower door, NO customer will stay there after first time. I will NEVER stay there again just for this experience.

The service at the hotel was not very good. We had called the front desk to let them know our TV wasn't working correctly and we couldn't get through for over an hour. We called again the next day and they said they would bring up another remote and they never did. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was not privacy with the bathroom as just stalls in the middle of the room with clear glass

This hotel keeps adding charges to my card that I was not billed for. I inquired about this and they have ignored me.

1 Hotel and the staff were fantastic. Hotel is a block away from Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame.
If you are going to Nashville I would consider 1 hotel.

My stay at Hitel 1 was OUTSTANDING!!! What a thoughtfully designed hotel. The ambiance was beyond peaceful. Room was very well appointed with the BEST mini bar I’ve ever seen. Shower was perfect and the bed so comfortable I over slept. Only disappointment is that I was o lot in Nashville for one night. Will make this my hotel of choice when visiting Nashville
