納什維爾市中心凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown)

대체적으로 깨끗한편이었고, 간단하지만 먹을만한 무료 아침식사가 있어 좋았습니다. 객실내 슬리퍼가 없어 개인이 준비할 필요가 있습니다. 객실 내 전등 등 모든 스위치는 리모컨 없이 수동으로 조작해야합니다. 1층 로비에 사용가능한 PC와 프린터가 있습니다.

Limited carts. It made it terribly hard to check in and check out. At least the desk clerk help helped me to our room (because I have a handicap daughter that uses only one arm). This morning, I went down to get a cart to check out and was told all guests kept them in their rooms. Since when? Therfore, I had to make trips and ontop of that there were no valets to bring the car around. I scanned my card, tipped the valet only for me to be handed my own keys and told to go out back and see if my car was out there. If it wasn't, come back and he would tell me where else to go to look for my car. Seriously??? Meanwhile, I tipped a ghost. Very unsatisfied. I valet for my daughter, and to keep our car safe because I am a widow.

Bed was a little lumpy and pillows needed a refresh. Otherwise, a good location and nice enough property.

Very near the downtown area. Many restaurants around that’s walkable. Very clean hotel. I like everything

Stayed here before and loved that you had a bar and music to come back to but with the remodel that was not a thing and I I known that I would not have book there this time.

Great location! Room set up worked well. Staff was amazing. Lobby construction is unfortunate but hopefully will be over soon.

Hotel staff was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was great and the staff worked hard to keep food and coffee stocked. Short walk to Broadway and felt safe. Would definitely return!

I was trying to book for 8/5/24 and while searching for hotels my dates reset to current date without me noticing. I booked a hotel and immediately realized it booked same day and not my date. I called customer service for Hyatt immediately. They said they couldn’t help but said they’d approve the reschedule when ******* called for approval. I contacted ******* chat and they were AWFUL to work with. They told me they called and site manager denied. I explained I already called customer service and they said a switch would be approved BUT ******* chat agent wouldn’t agree to calling customer service or calling again. They stuck to their claim I would be charged. I called Hyatt again and they told me it wasn’t them charging, it was *******s terms and conditions. I called ******* within an hour of my accidental booking and they were absolutely no help. Had I booked straight through with the hotel and not a third party, I would have been able to fix this easily. Instead, working with a third party was terrible and I was charge for the room and told it’s non-refundable. Both ******* and Hyatt were terribly difficult.
