Sliding bathroom door got stuck and wouldn’t open grateful my hisband was in room because I was stuck in the bathroom it took us about 5 minutes and us both lifting and pushing to get it open. Finally did. Called front desk she was super considerate and apologetic. I told her no need to send someone up that night but she was having someone come up next morning. Room 212 is getting a fixed door. Other than that the hotel is very good. We had been at Old Crowe Medicne Show NYE Concert downtown gps found a back way so we got out of the downtown NYE mess to hotel quickly by using elm hill pike and mcgavok pike. Great location near airport

I will stay here again but I should have been advised at check-in of the pet fees- even if it was cheaper than most which I appreciate! But No one said it. This place was quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. I do recommend! I wish there were more allergy friendly options for breakfast. No cheese eggs, gluten free options, no sugar loaded items, etc.

Booked this property under the assumption that you are able to park and fly. This is wrong. You cannot park and fly here….UNLESS you book this property through the park and fly website. You cannot book through Hilton or ******* or any other sites. Although on the description for the hotel it states hotel shuttle and park/fly, but it does not state anywhere that you have to book your reservation through a particular site in order to do this. And forget about trying to pay for parking when you arrive or trying to book onsite or cancel the room to get onsite parking. You will be heavily penalized. They will not help you. We immediately booked parking for The Parking Spot and it was better. The hotel itself was clean, the room was perfect, bed comfy, but we couldn’t enjoy that after having to scramble to find a place for our vehicle for a super early flight.

This hotel was great. The facility was great. The food was ok. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the employee that checked us in charged the wrong amount on my card and it triple charged us and withheld that money. But the manager and higher manager did take care of it and fix it, but it didn’t happen overnight. It took a few days after we checked out for the money situation to be corrected. But it was a great hotel. Would stay again!

Tori at the front desk is amazing! Great customer service! Tru, driver of shuttle van, goes above and beyond making our stay perfect! We were here in 2019, back now in 2023 and were treated so great! Wonderful trip to Nashville!!!

My only fault was one of the cleaning ladies had a very bad order and when she came in the room and left the room smelled had to spray, I also herd it from another guess as well
