Gross room. Had 2 kids 4 and under and 2 dogs, it was a smoking room with an horrible smell, and the towels and sheets were spotty so even trying to clean with those was futile. We were on a road trip and didn’t feel like trying to find new accommodations for all of us at 8pm so The lamps didn’t even have light bulbs and there wasn’t even a trash can. We were put on the 3rd floor so getting kids and pets up and down the stairs was a pain. The lights outside the room were so bright when I woke up at 3am I legit thought it was daytime. One of the lights in the room only dimmed instead of fully turning off. I asked for a new non-smoking room and was told “you booked through a 3rd party so you get what’s available.” I asked (through the “night” window since they locked the lobby up) if there was anything else we could switch into “no we are all booked” so I told them we needed new towels, a trash can and light bulbs. She reluctantly gave me 2 new towels, but that’s it. So I walk by the 5 empty non smoking rooms on my way to the stairs. I know they were empty because their curtains were open. I was charged a $100 deposit, upon checkout I was told it would be given back in 24 hours. Now 3 days later still nothing. Glad the lobby had a good lock since our room lock was broken.
