藝術家飯館飯店(Artists Colony Inn & Restaurant)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant is great, as usual, no matter what you get to eat. Clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, very limited lighting in the room & bathroom, very small tv in room, no dresser to put clothing in- just hooks around the room, and no where to sit really besides the bed or uncomfortable wooden chairs. Definitely an old colonial style room- 4 poster bed that was very high off the floor and creaked with every slight move. If the rooms were updated with more lighting, more comfortable place to sit, and a nicer mattress, it would be much better.

My only complaints are lack of bathroom counter space (I brought one of the room chairs in to hold my stuff) and the “old fashioned keys” (because I could hear people unavoidably loudly un/locking their rooms). That said, cute hotel, comfortable bed, lovely view of historic buildings, great included breakfast, and located in a super walkable downtown area. Would stay here again!

There was no internet service (told it was not working. And therefore there was no TV/cable service either. Otherwise the room was great. Breakfast was served in the restaurant, but was basically what all hotels serve (fake eggs & over crispy bacon)….nothing actually made fresh in the restaurant.

Bed was not the most comfortable but loved the historic feel. Located right in the middle of everything, loved the small hometown a**osphere with unique shops.Breakfast was included and was pretty good. If you love stepping back in time, I would definitely recommend!

Nice location...convenient to the music venue. Breakfast was good and convenient. The room wasn't extremely comfortable, and I did not have hot water for my shower.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun shopping in walking distance. Beautiful flower gardens all around town with benches to linger and relax.

The staff are very helpful 🙂 in providing information about the surrounding area and details about the inn.

Very cute quaint place to stay. Slightly dated but location makes up for that. Shopping right outside your door!

Convenient location in the middle of town. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.
