米德爾敦紐波特地區溫德姆戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Middletown/Newport Area)

King Size gebucht, 2 Queen bekommen. Dafür wurde das benutzte Bett aber nicht gemacht. Frühstück abgezähltes Toastbrot, 4er Toaster, von dem nur zwei Einschübe gingen. Dafür aber O-Saft. Toast wurde auf Nachfrage irgendwann nachgefüllt, aber nur 5 Scheiben, die danach kamen hatten wieder nichts...

I saw cockroaches in the bathroom sink, the shower door opens on the opposite side of the shower so when you turn it on you get sprayed with cold water. The TV stops working in the middle of the night. Everything I wanted to eat during the breakfast was expired for 2 weeks- the milk and the yogurt. Floors and hallways were so dirty. No elevator. Room got super cold so you need to blast the heat all night. Poor insulation.

It was a perfectly adequate place to stay for an event I was attention. It was last minute so this was the only place I found to stay. It was fairly clean and easy to park. The place was just completely forgettable. Nothing horrible but certainly nothing special either. Bathroom was fairly nice and roomy. Totally fine but average place to stay.

Upon check in, I explained that I extended my stay, booking two nights separately. The attendant at the desk said, “Don’t worry about a thing, we just extend the stay and there’s no need to change rooms”. When we came back from our day, our keys didn’t work so, assuming it was just a timing issue, we went back to the desk. The attendant then says, Well you didn’t check back in during the day”. My wife and I told him he never said we had to and he proceeded to tell us, inappropriately that we were wrong, saying “I remember that conversation and I definitely told you that”. Not wanting to argue, knowing full well he just didn’t want to be wrong, he then stepped into a side room and brought out all our belongings that they packed up on us from the room we were in. He then gives us keys back and says we can just go back to the same room. I can think of a half dozen ways this could have been handled differently and no of them include him lying to us and telling us we were wrong. I would not not stay here again, even though the rooms were fine, service just terrible!!

It was a neat comfortable king sized bed . I slept well but my hubby heard people and heater all night long . Also , there was an old broken microwave inside our room by the door on floor that somone forgot about . Kleenex Paper Tissue box in bathroom was restuffed with messy tissues. I wanted to go to sleep and get right out in the morning . No one was around at check out so had to leave hotel key in basket at front . That made me uncomfortable because I gave my CC info for damage caused in room but MY checkout was not firmly acknowledged. Overall it was a freshly firm clean king bed to sleep in over night but that was it .

First accomodation room bathroom flooded within one hour, toilet backed up from flushing. Second room uncleaned hairs all over the bathroom floor and in shower. Upstairs customers up until 2 AM moving furniture? I asked for a partial refund and was ignored by management

This is the second time I stayed at this property. I find it extremely clean but the shower is horrible. It takes about 10 minutes for the temperature of the water to increase and the pressure is even worse. I was able to remove the shampoo from my hair. That’s how bad the pressure is. It’s so bad, that I probably will not book at this hotel again.

My stay at Days Inn by Wyndham near Middletown/Newport was pretty nice, there were a couple of things that stood out. The rooms were clean, and the beds were really comfy. The only letdown was the breakfast. They had a decent selection of baked treats and waffles, but they kept running out of essentials like creamer, sugar, and milk for coffee and cereal. It would be great if they added some protein options like eggs or sausages to the menu. That would make breakfast even better. Christian at the front desk was amazing. He was super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Great customer service! Overall, Days Inn near Middletown/Newport is a solid choice for a short and affordable stay. I'd stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Room was not what I expected for 400$ a night. Very low quality renovations. Some stuff kissing off the walls. Bathroom was kind of gross. The small safe in the wall was propped up by a random peice if metal and the a/c was very intermittent and only worked for a little bit. Woke and it was really hot in the room and had to mess with it for 10 minutes to get it to start working again. We tried to find another hotel to stay at right after we saw the room but everywhere was booked so we had to stay.
