那不勒斯設有游泳池的飯店

This was my most expensive booking while in Naples for a short holiday. There were some really good aspects to the hotel offering - a very central location next to Garibaldi and a really nice rooftop sundeck pool and bar (although I’m not entirely clear why the sides of the sundeck have been camouflaged with fake foilage, completely blocking out the view across the city). However, my room was really disappointing for the price. While large, and clean, with big traditional balcony windows looking over the street, there were problems throughout the space which demonstrated a lack of attention and care. The toilet flush was broken, with the short flush not working and the main flush jamming so you had to push it several times to shut off the flow. The settee was filthy and needed a good clean. The walls were scuffed and dirty. There were no instructions for the air con. And all the lights bar one in the ceiling were broken. There were slippers but no dressing gown. There was no soap in the bathroom to allow you to wash your hands properly Moreover, the large space was just really under designed. It felt bare and quite soulless, when with some thought it could have been turned into a really lovely space, perhaps with a coffee table to allow one to make meaningful use of the settee etc. generally I was just disappointed given the price and star rating. What is worse, when I explained the issues to the receptionist at the end of my stay he just stared blankly at me and then asked me for the city tax, and in the end I felt forced uncomfortably to ask him explicitly if he had an apology and some kind of explanation for me regarding the issues I had identified. This kind of anti-customer service is entirely unacceptable for any hotel, and it really summarises the underlying problems with this place - claiming to be a luxury hotel when it really isn’t, sadly. Oh, and breakfast fine but not outstanding. Too much cheap processed food (ie cake and dry biscuits) and not enough hot food and healthy options like fresh fruit.

酒店離火車站有一段路，而且那條街正在修路。但是進了酒店服務很好：前台男生滿麪笑容，親切友好，在學中文。點房間餐服務又快又好吃，送餐大叔又帥又友好。第二天早上退房吃早餐，準備去阿瑪菲海岸，一個服務男生主動幫我拿行李，讓我放心吃早餐，車來了，會去餐廳會叫我的，後來去叫我了。酒店的服務人員都太友善了。唯一缺點就是在修路，臨街房間有點噪音。而且房間跟我圖片效果一樣的。

我在皇家大陸的住宿很愉快。我有一個房間,直接在城堡前。晚上,在城堡前照射着不同的顏色。我可以看到大海和維西索斯山的美妙景色。我肯定會再次以正確的價格住在這裏。按照美國標準,這家酒店不是四星級。唯一需要改進的是酒店房間有點過時了。例如小浴缸/淋浴,較舊的整理。但是,城堡和大海的景色彌補了房間的舊環境。

優質的房間，我睡過的最好的牀！從渡輪碼頭到卡普裏/索倫托等的馬路對麪，靠近主要的購物和旅遊區。 從熟練的門衛那裡獲取餐廳提示！

4th time staying at this hotel and as always had a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely and clean. the bed and pillows the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Staff are super nice, friendly and courteous. Large choice of foods for breakfast. Great coffee on offer. Amazing views over Naples from roof top . Thank you Sweet sleep for another lovely stay. Already planning our return.

本人在此酒店連住四日，實力講解，求贊。 1. 強烈推薦自駕的朋友入住。如果單純為了海景房入住的朋友，請三思。理由後面陳述。 2. 不是自駕的朋友，請往這裏看。酒店位於半山腰，從地圖上看，位於車站Mergellina附近，火車站出來后，往海邊方向走大約500米，有斜坡火車可以乘坐，坐一站到s.antonio站（應該叫這個名字，自己查下），如果我這麼說不懂，請打開你們的google地圖，上不了自己想辦法上。到站后需要走一段山路即可到酒店。 3. 然而我親自上下山了兩天。為什麼呢，因為我在那不勒斯這段時間正好是復活節，斜坡車站關！掉！了！沒錯，關了一剛！所以在這種情況下除了走路，就是打的。起步費3.5歐，跳得還賊快，不差錢的朋友請直接taxi。 4. 住這個酒店如果你還不定海景房我就真的不理解了。由於酒店在半山腰，相對沒什麼娛樂活動選擇，想找個便利店都衹能找那個雜貨車，在觀景平台有一輛常年營業，就是賣的很貴。 5. 酒店前台，相當專業，服務態度很好。 暫時寫這麼多，以後想到什麼再補。 總之還是那句話，總體9.5分，但是如果不是衝著海景來，如果不是自駕，不建議入住此酒店。

We are just home from a 3 night stay in the Napoli Palace and Spa. The hotel is stunning, well located, outwith the busy city centre but less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and close by the football stadium. The staff were all welcoming and attentive and were always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was a generous size and the free upgrade for booking directly on the hotel website was a very welcome touch. The bathroom was stunning and spacious with a rainfall shower. There was a balcony and the window was equipped with an electric shade which was a nice touch. We could not figure out how to work the air conditioning and as a couple from Scotland this meant it was stifling in the room (Yes even in February) We booked the Wellness package which included a ”half board” dining plan and SPA access - the reason this review is only 3 stars. Half Board at this hotel is NOT half board, it is bed and breakfast with dinner 1 night of your stay - this is not made clear on the website, booking confirmation or on arrival at the hotel. The restaurant was always quiet (one or two tables in dining during our stay) so I cannot fathom a reason why they cannot include a proper half board option. The dishes served a la carte in the restaurant were pretentious and overpriced, it would be much busier if they served a simple Napoli style pizza/pasta menu at reasonable prices (The pizza restaurant next door was always busy and served delicious food). It is sad to read the reviews of a hotel with restaurant all comment on the food a neighbouring establishment. Breakfast was nice but a limited selection. SPA access - the spa is small but lovely and convenient, however, the SPA access included with your upgraded package is 1 x 60 minute session per person throughout your entire stay, not unlimited as you might expect. Additional time in the SPA can be purchased at 35 Euros Per person for 60 minutes use. They also offer beauty treatments which I can't comment on as I didn't partake. Overall we had a lovely experience here, the one thing that would have improved it tremendously was better clarity regarding the half-board and spa entry.
