We stayed here with friends for 3 nights visiting Naples. As always even if you do research you never know what you are going to get. This charming hotel is a tardis! It is a place of tranquility compared to the rest of the city. Its staff are friendly and helpful. They even got our rooms ready early so we could make the most of our stay. The room was clean and large and beds comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect and needed despite visiting in mid October! Breakfast is in the most beautiful of rooms is delicious and something for everyone. Fruit juices, cereals, toast, scrambled egg & bacon, toast, croissants, fruits salad, yogurt and cakes and so it goes on! Special thanks to Carlo who was just fabulous to us every morning with our freshly made lattes! And the icing on the cake is the location in the historical part of town, set back so you can escape the madness of the city but walkable to the main sites.

工作人員非常棒,房間超級乾淨舒適,但缺乏一些基本設施,如水壺/免費瓶裝水,熨斗和一些基本設施。車站附近的位置可以有點粗糙但對我來說不是問題但可能我不會推薦給沒有經驗的旅客。總體來說還是性價比不錯的

雖然那不勒斯火車站總被説不安全，酒店本身還是很有安全感的。從火車站出來就能看到酒店，非常近。門口就能下到地鐵站，機場巴士站台也在門口，交通很方便。 當天還沒到入住時間就給提前辦理了入住，而且還升級了房間，可以看到維蘇威火山景觀，還能看到第二天日出，體驗不錯👌🏻

我們錯過了從那不勒斯到羅馬的火車,當晚的最後一班火車到達時,我們被留下來在一個我們不熟悉的城市裏,在晚上11點搶着找一個房間。由於預訂了很多酒店,我們的選擇有限。我們遇到維吉利烏斯比利亞酒店,再高興不過了!前台的薩布里娜非常親切和樂於助人!!房間一塵不染,寬敞!浴室很漂亮!早上我們享用了美味的早餐!我們強烈建議您入住那不勒斯維吉利烏斯比利亞酒店!

酒店位置非常方便，距離火車站攞住行李步行都係十分鐘左右，機場撘二十五分鐘車就到 房間整潔闊落，有埋沖涼洗頭液👍🏻 前台亦十分 friendly👍🏻

Couples visit to Naples. Location - Good location just by the main train station (you can get Alibis straight from airport) with excellent transport links into main area of Naples via the Metro and beyond to Pompeii / Sorento etc. The immediate vicinity is a little rough but you can access the Hotel straight through the station so you don’t need to walk the local streets if you don’t want to. Head to baggage drop area in the station and continue on and take a right and it is signposted. Service - Good. Quick and straightforward. Checking in was literally 5 minutes if that and check out was 2 minutes. Staff friendly and polite. Hotel reception - clean tidy and modern. Hotel room - Superior double with a balcony. The room was clean and tidy and modern. Small TV, small mini fridge. Kettle with Tea included (no coffee tho) bathroom was clean and tidy. Bed a little hard and air-con stopped working during stay on the last night. Food - didn’t have the breakfast as couldn’t be bothered but had the breakfast room on the Sunday and it was good enough for a small bite. Would we visit the hotel again or recommend - it’s good value for money and once you know how to use Metro etc it’s a decent base for a really good price. Expect 3 star standard and you will be happy.

Habíamos cogido tres noches para visitar Nápoles guiados porque era un hotel de 4 estrellas y porque estaba céntrico y a buen precio. Por imágenes ya veíamos que era bastante simple, pero la realidad no tiene nada que ver. Habitación muy pequeña, mobiliario anticuado, paredes ralladas y manchadas, desperfectos en el mobiliario en general visibles, cortina del baño sucia, desteñida y manchada, nada higiénico, toallas deshilachadas, en mal estado. Para rematar hay un bar/cafetería en la calle y hay un ruido insoportable. Según las características de booking tiene las habitaciones insonorizadas, pero la realidad es que se escucha un ruido como si hubiera fiesta mayor en la habitación hasta las 3-4 de la mañana que no permite descansar. Consta como un hotel de 4 estrellas pero realmente no llega ni a 2. Lo barato sale muy caro, en nuestro caso no aguantamos y después de la primera noche horrorosa decidimos irnos a otro hotel. No os dejéis engañar y no vengáis.
