訪訪客用戶The Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

118888酒店離那不勒斯機場有點距離，最好打車過去，周邊比較多中國人的公司，店鋪，及餐廳。酒店服務好，房間整潔，如果是那不勒斯轉機或者很晚到達的國際航班，這是個理想的休息場所。

OORexplorer我在這裡住得很愉快，地理位置也非常完美——感覺非常安全，而且靠近許多熱鬧的景點。我住的八人間寬敞乾淨，冷氣也很好用。這間房有兩個衛生間，非常理想。入住時前台接待非常友好，並表示他們24小時全天候服務，但當我早上7點退房，想從共用冰箱裡取食物時，卻遇到了問題，花了好一會兒才聯繫到人——而且他們非常粗魯地拒絕讓我取我存放的食物，理由是廚房關閉時間沒有張貼在廚房外面或我看到的任何地方，也沒有在入住時告知我。這次經歷真的讓我離開時感覺很不好。

匿匿名用戶在那不勒斯住了兩晚的好飯店。該位置靠近那不勒斯中央火車站，靠近一些主要的商店和餐廳。然而，飯店外面的位置又髒又吵，街上到處都是垃圾和垃圾。
工作人員非常友好和熱情，我感到受到了照顧。房間本身很基本，但住幾個晚上完全沒問題。床很舒服，但需要更多的枕頭！淋浴水力很大，但需要一分鐘才能預熱。
對於我支付的價格，我對這裡的設施和服務感到滿意。

我們被升級到他們隔壁的酒店。
位置非常近（1站地鐵即可到達加里波第或那不勒斯中央車站），但該地區相當髒，感覺不安全。
飯店房間超乾淨，設施一流，物超所值。我們含早餐，但我們必須一大早離開，所以沒有吃早餐。
我的主要抱怨是：他們讓我們等待，告訴我們房間將在 5 分鐘內準備好，但花了 1 個多小時。誠然，我們 12 點到達，準備把包包放進儲藏室，但他們一直說 5 到 10 分鐘後就可以了。他們花了大約 75 分鐘才準備好房間。當我面對他們時，他們對此毫無歉意，事實上他們是在說他們是在幫忙...

LLizzi BrownThe B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

放放浪旅首先，這裡不是旅館，而是車站前的飯店，價格很優惠。雖然離中央車站很近，但是那不勒斯的鵝*石路面很粗糙，感覺很遠（笑）。如此小酒店的存在確實給我留下了深刻的印象。不知道為什麼，谷歌地圖把我指向了酒店的後面，我是在當地人的帶領下才到達那裡的，所以我最好小心點。沒有電梯，對於攜帶大件行李的人來說可能會有些困難。唯一的設施是洗髮精。還有，我睡覺的時候被奇怪的蟲子咬了8處（我覺得不是蜱蟲，因為沒有吸血的痕跡……），右手被咬了好多次，我的手都被咬了。 😂 雖然沒抓，被咬的地方腫了不是很危險嗎？
不過，所有的員工都很友善！免費的早餐也很好吃！
