那不勒斯灣碼頭度假村(Naples Bay Resort & Marina)

The property was very well maintained and clean with great views of the bay and marina. Unfortunately we were given a room directly above the restaurant Nosh and every evening when trying to relax we had the noise of diners just below our balcony. Saturday night it was particularly loud with people laughing loudly. We had to close the balcony doors and sit inside!! No one mentioned anywhere before or during our stay about this debacle. How disappointing!! When we return to Naples on the next trip, we will definitely be somewhere else.

Wonderful experience . Hotel rooms are a little dated , but clean . Both toilets were running , not leaking but still a concern . Kitchenette supplies minimal , Naples Bay club area and pool, outstanding ! Great service and beautiful atmosphere. Loved the lazy river !!!

Resort is still in recovery. Places like Bonefish Grill is closed but you don't find out till you get there. If you smoke, you have to go to the street (Hwy 41) to smoke. Not even on your $300 plus a night balcony is it allowed or by the club pool area.

Our room was a 2br suite and was perfect for our stay with family. The view of the marina was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. My only complaint was that the hotel didn’t work on our first day and their was a loud buzzing noise in the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Great facilities. Loved the fact that there is a washing machine and dryer in the rooms. Beautiful setting. Most of the staff we extremely obliging. Big thanks to Thomas, who couldnt have been more helpful. Pool facilities were amazing, our little boy loved the lazy river.

The room was just ok, nothing spectacular for the price. Beautiful view of the marina & staff was very friendly; but the pool was way too far. You have to take a shuttle (golf cart) there. You have to wait for them to pick you up @ 15 mins after the hour or 45 mins. The pool bar reeked of gas and we were beaten up badly by no-see-ums. We will definitely not be returning.

What my wife and I really liked was how we were handed a Prosecco when we first walked in. This showed class and we felt at home. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Having filtered water stations was awesome. The pool and amenities were top notch. Definitely will visit again.

Facility was nice. A lot of areas were blocked off and could not get through. Places to eat at the resort closed very early. We were left with only one choice to eat at. The staff was excellent.

Excellent Staff ,excellent rooms. Excellent housekeeping services. The Hotel is excecional. We definetly will come back and recomended. Thank you
