納努特希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet)

The a/c wouldn’t shut off and well it was December.. they offered to send up maintenance but we were tired having driven up from Canada. Changed rooms to be welcomed by two flies I hair sprayed them in exile..the internet also wasn’t working .( something to do with apple and not the hotels fault but I was annoyed)this is our 2nd time staying at this location ,it’s proximity to NYC & Westwood, New Jersey is super convenient & very important the staff is wonderful as well as the hotel is clean, the Windsor grille restaurant’s food offerings are delish, seasoned to perfection..& and always the warm cookies, bottled water & indoor pool are a welcomed treat…I’ll give it a 3rd chance as the first time was great and in life it’s not how you start out but rather how you finish..

Most of the staff only spoke Spanish and didn’t speak English. Hard to communicate needs. On our floor the ice machine was broken. In our room the toilet paper holder, towel holder, shower and ac were broken. Needs some work. Charged for a sub par continental breakfast. When we left, I was over charged by $620 on my credit card. I called when I got home and spoke with Chloe at the front desk who was quite rude and clearly did not want to be bothered. She essentially told me my bank was lying and she was right and her screen didn’t reflect those charges so she wasn’t going to help me. She got upset when I had to raise my voice at her. She was not able to explain why I was double charged but the hotel charged 4 different random charges on my credit card for a total of 2 nights, that can’t be explained over the course of 3 days. I asked when her manager was working and she was not able to tell me when her manager was working other then sometime the next day… do not stay here!

The hotel was actually kind of nice. Unfortunately the Wifi was out the entire night we were there. On top of that they had a few weddings there at once. I truly hate that for the simple reason that it's never advertised. It should be advertised & it should be our decision on weather we wanted to still check in there or find another place that won't be too busy to deal with just another guest. I get it, they have a huge party to tend to, but it's really difficult to get anything when they're constantly busy with the wedding. Without the wifi, it wasn't very good.

The hotel welcomes guests at Check In with a couple of bottles of water, and 2 small bags which contained a large warm cookie. Book early, it had sold out on a Saturday night. I attended a big birthday party nearby. There were a lot of guests who attended a wedding nearby. The bar closes at 10 PM, unless arrangements are made in advance to keep it open for an exclusive group.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t know how this place remains open. It was absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Too many Terrible images to list. Dirty, no hot water, no water pressure, bugs, stains on every piece of furniture, broken light fixtures, smelled awful.

Overall we had a good time but the restaurant on site was horrible, would not recommend eating there. The pool was nice for the kids and it was close for our gymnastics competition

Very old property… the coffee machine didn’t work, plug points were so loose that it was a struggle to charge my phone. They gave me a room at level 1 which had small windows with no visibility outside.

Excelente servicio y atención del personal. El desayuno tipo buffet bueno. Cuenta con restaurante para cenas. El único detalle fue que la habitación en PB olía a humedad, pero al comunicarlo en recepción sin problema me cambiaron a otra.
