We stayed one night at the hotel and we had a great time, the staff were very welcoming. Absolutely clean. Excellent dinner and excellent breakfast, we recommend it to anyone who wants to access the national park for a Safari, the park is also absolutely worth a whole day.

My Italian clients were really pleased with their stay at the Rock Hyrax Hotel. As it is a very superb hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Nakuru, including the national Park. The staff are very good, welcoming, very friendly and helpful to mention a few, Grace and CateSharon. Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and beds was very comfortable. Delicious dinner and breakfast as well. Great value hotel and highly recommend.

This is the second time I have been to this hidden gem on the outskirts of Nakuru CBD. First time I experienced it was with a few friends in Nov 2022 and it was epic! This time was a business trip and the experience was just as pleasant as the last time. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, always eager to go the extra mile. The rooms are cosy; the bed, bed sheets and pillows are very comfortable, you will struggle to wake up after a good night's rest. The food is a la carte, very fresh, tasty and with a wide variety and generous portions. It was raining most of the times during my stay but there were umbrellas everywhere, from the restaurant, reception or the rooms, to aid one get to their room or car. The drainage was excellent, hardly any pools despite the heavy rains. Next time you're in Nakuru and want an experience of a home away from home, this is a good bet, you will not be disappointed!

I had a very good experience, the hotel has maintained notably cleanliness level. Friendly receptionists, waiters. The food was great,fish fillet, Vegetable stir fried beef ,Kenyan kienyeji chicken. The food was nutritious just tasted like home made food. Overall score on the Room keeping,food,service I would give them 9/10 where 10 is the highest score. Keep it up!
