薩洛娃伍德蘭茲Spa飯店(Sarova Woodlands Hotel and Spa)

Our stay at Sarova Woodlands Hotel was overall satisfactory, with spacious rooms that, however, seemed a bit outdated. The noise level was considerable at night, and the pool consistently crowded, even late into the evening. The reception staff were notably pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, as service during meals was excessively slow, likely due to a shortage of staff for the sizable number of guests. While the buffet options were adequate, they didn't offer anything exceptional. The hotel's location was far from central, making it less convenient, but our two-night stay was manageable, thanks to our packed schedule of activities. On a positive note, their on-site shop offered charming souvenirs at reasonable prices. In summary, while Sarova Woodlands probably has its merits, if you find a better option, it may be worth considering alternative accommodations.

Beautiful place, have stayed here severally since December 2018 and the standards are very high. The Team lead by the General Manager, Mr. Duncan Mwangi is always friendly and highly Professional. Great food and very high quality Wines. I always enjoy staying at this establishment and Security is very tight.

After visiting in 2019, it was my second time staying in Sarova Woodlands. They pay much attention to details and made it a comfortable stay after long game drive! P.S. We visited both Lake Nakuru and Lake Bogoria. Both of them are enjoyable.

This was a last minute substitution from our safari company for our accommodation which was supposed to be on the Lake Nakuru, so it was a big disappointment in location. The hotel itself is older and nothing luxurious about the rooms. But the food was awesome! The best of our entire trip. If you want to stay in the city, it’s great.

Great place to break your trip to the Rift Valley and spend a weekend or overnight. Very professional staff right from reception to housekeeping and restaurant service. Some improvement needed on the online and whataspp contacts that are slow to non responsive as ended up as a walk-in having failed to timely secure contact on both options. Great breakfast with good and tasty variety, even with a busy weekend load. Room 332 was cosy and well maintained with a good view of central courtyard below, with privacy well maintained. Will definitely be back to sample the other spa services

Put on your seatbelts and grab a coffee because this is gonna be the longest and best review you will ever read. I went there today for my graduation lunch and had the best experience. The staff were so friendly from the entrance to the sitting area. They congratulated me sooo much, I felt like a very learned baddie, it's the hospitality for me, it's their friendly nature for me. We took the buffet. From the lady who explained to me every piece on the buffet, she even recommended what to take,to the chef on the food side, to the ladies on the pasta side ( i even took snaps while they were offering me the service(ofc not of their faces, just the food and of the convo we had) of course i'm a gen z, I have to take a snap of every moment).. they explained every item on the menu. They were so friendly even one of the staff(, i think Nicodemus, even spoke words of affirmation to me about my future and how things would work out, now that I'm a certified procurement and logistics management baddie, yaasss!!) They were so friendly to the extent that I had a muscle pull, like almost 4 staff volunteered to take me on a walk by the pool. Edwin even took pictures with his phone because my phone has like a bad camera, they helped me charge my phone like instantly, the guy on the fruit section also volunteered to take a video with his phone then send it to me later when I asked, because my phone's battery had died out. If I could name everyone i interacted with, I would ( I just tend to forget things really quick if i don't write them down) all in all, I am ready to spend all my cents here, or someone elses cents cause I just graduated and my main source of income is my parents or ( my own cents once I become my main source of income cause like I have a really bright future) The guy on the food section was really amazing and friendly and funny I would like to name a few names (only naming those I can remember, but if you were on shift on 15th December, you are amazing because you gave me real good service ( i say everyone because i'm so Social and talkative I think I interacted with almost 20 staff) ) the staff all deserve a raise ASAP!! 1. Spectacular services,private lawns for the new years gala dinner was amazing. Breakfast is excellent,fresh and lovingly prepared. Donald,Doreen,mercy ,Elizabeth and the entire staff gave the best service that went into our stay. We loved every minute and look forward to coming back one day!

My family and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it was amazing. The staff offered impeccable service. They also had activities for the kids for Christmas Eve!! This is now my favorite Hotel in Nakuru!
