Good central location. But, it's far from PWD accessible. The slippery floors were a constant hazard. That, coupled with the steep and narrow stairways is a terrible accident waiting to happen. The staff were less than friendly on good days and outright rude, bordering on aggressive on most days. The rooms are small and poorly ventilated.

The place is terrible and the services i got there was trash and the Unpleasant odors plus Front desk service or room service. the room i was given was terrible no view for the place and the place is terrible. the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are very hard.

There are many nice things to say about this place, but I can’t say them because in two days, despite their assurances, I couldn’t have a single hot shower. The only time it worked was when the person from staff came to check on it. I am very upset, hot shower is essential, and I’m okay without it if that’s how it is and I have been told that. But the problem was that I was told otherwise. So my expectations were to have hot showers in the morning, and that never happened. Leaving the place 100% sure to never recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I spent one night in Waterbuck with our three kids (19, 17 and 14 years old). Frankly a very poor experience: we found the bed sheets dirty and found out they did not change them before our arrival. Hotel cleanness in general is a major issue. The location is not ideal either. If you are planning to go to Lake Nakuru look for other accommodation options, we recommend something away from the town center.

The room was fairly basic but clean. The beds were rock hard. The only real fault was the bathroom which wasn't in a great state of repair, there was no hot water even though we left it running for a long time beforehand (as advised) and the water pressure wasn't great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and as we were half board, the food was good. Breakfast was an unusual selection of items, but it was all very tasty. I'm glad we were only staying one night, though.

Nice hotel with decent rooms. Stayed one night whilst visited lake Nakura park. We had evening meal and breakfast included. The evening meal wasn’t really nice, meat on the bone. Luke warm. I asked to borrow an iron and was told no very abruptly the offered a cleaning service if I needed it which I didn’t. I asked for milk so we cud have a drink in the room as they went any and they said no we don’t provide it only tea and coffee. Very rude staff. Breakfast was poor like the evening meal not much choice and Luke warm.
