住宿方回覆: Thank you very much for staying at Tokyu Stay Okinawa Naha from among many hotels.We would also like to thank you again for taking time out of your busy schedule to provide us with your valuable feedback.However, we are very sorry that we could not meet your expectations regarding our cleaning system.As for the cleaning system that you have pointed out, starting from February 2023, all Tokyu Stay stores will have a standardized system whereby guests staying 6 nights or less will receive a simple cleaning (towel change and trash collection), and guests staying 7 nights or more will receive a full cleaning once a week. If guests wish to have their beds made or rooms cleaned, this service is available for a fee.We take your comments very seriously and will review our plans and rates to ensure that we can provide services that satisfy our guests.Although we still have many shortcomings, we will do our best to satisfy you the next time you stay with us.Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to give us your feedback.All of us at the hotel look forward to welcoming you again.
