酒店房間很大，日式的一個套房，温泉很好泡，有室內和室外的，包含的餐也很好吃，在jr車站和妻籠宿都有接駁車的，提前預約就好了。

很美麗的地方

Hotel staff is friendly and warm . Very welcoming. Especially Amin who served us during meal time . He took effort to introduce us to the variety of food . Room has a good mountain view and spacious. The hotel is equipped with onsen and lounge for relaxing . Very satisfied with the stay . Will definitely recommend to friends and repeat stay at the hotel .

Our car was stuck outside of the hotel due to heavy snow, one of the hotel staff was extremely helpful to clear snow on the road and helped us drive the car back to the hotel, we were so grateful for his help otherwise we dunno how long would it take for us to make the car move again. He was so worry about us as there were also heavy snow on our departure day, he escorted us down to the mountain to make sure we are safe. All of the staff were so nice, food was fantastic! Probably one of the best hotel experience we have ever had. We reli enjoy the time there!

Cute and comfortable hotel tucked away in the mountains. Dinner was a delicious multi course event with private dining. Indoor and outdoor onsen also very relaxing

This was just what I wanted after a busy conference in Tokyo the previous week, just get away and relax for a couple of days before returning home. I waked from Magome to Tsumago then spent three nights here. The first full day was spent in the hotel just to get aches in my muscles from the pevious day's walk. The second day to do the Nagiso to Tsumago section. A lovely location miles from anywhere but with a shuttle into Tsumago or Nagiso twice each way means you can still get to see the sights or just relax enjoy the quiet, the trees and the onsen. The evening meals were different each night of my stay. As usual there were multiple courses and though not everything was to my taste there was always some stand out excellent dishes. Th salmon shashimi followed by the Wagyu beef steak were excellent indeed that whole meal on my third night was up there with the best such meals I have had in Japan.

We’ve just spent two wonderful nights, here, and everything has been perfect. The hotel is miles from anywhere so you either need a car or use the hotel shuttle bus to ferry you to and from the nearest station. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The highlight was the traditional Japanese meals served in a private dining area. Every course (they kept on coming) is a wonderful new ‘taste surprise’. We also hired the private Onsen, for an hour; another new experience. If you like being well looked after, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, this is for you!

What a wonderful experience! From the warm welcome to the farewell bows we loved every minute. Such beautiful hospitality, absolutely exquisite food, fabulous onsen including breathtaking outdoor spas with incredible views. All staff were so beautiful and friendly. We were made to feel very special. We loved the comfortable lounge with complimentary tea and coffee, chairs in the sunshine. We enjoyed our Japanese style sleeping arrangements although we probably would have been better with two futons under us, particularly after a big day on the Nakesendo!! But overall a terrific hotel with thoughtful touches everywhere. I’d go back!

Our first ryokan experience and very comfortable. Only issue is that we did not stay longer! We had a Japanese style room and diner was served in a lightly curtained off space in the restaurant. We were lucky enough to be able to book the private forest onsen space. Lovely airy spaces in the hotel including lounge spaces. Shuttle bus from end of walk Magone to Tsumago and to Station in the morning worked well.

從馬込到妻籠，沿著中山道散步後，我們在這裡住了一晚。飯店的接駁車來接我們。車程約20分鐘。我可以選擇穿浴衣，但我丈夫沒有（好像他很關心！）我們有一個帶小陽台的日式房間，在我們自己的小餐廳享用了美味的晚餐後，我們回到了我們的房間找到鋪在地板上的蒲團。我們沒有嘗試溫泉，不幸的是私人溫泉直到晚上 10 點都被預訂了。早餐也是日本料理。服務人員很令人愉快。您可以在賓客休息室享用茶、咖啡和報紙。早餐後我們就被車送到火車站了。我不確定如果您想停留更長時間還可以參加哪些其他活動。一個小小的缺點是我們房間的套間浴室有點過時了。總的來說，這是一次很棒的體驗。

在東京度過了一段忙碌的時光後，我們在這裡住了幾天。一切都很完美：樹木繁茂的鄉村環境、令人愉快的住宿、迷人的工作人員提供的令人難以置信的食物、溫泉、班車服務以及在檢查安排時通過語音翻譯進行溝通！一點都不麻煩。我希望我們提前預訂的旅行能讓我們停留更長時間。酒店就應該這樣。

參觀完妻籠後，在吹之森的住宿絕對令人愉快。它坐落在山上，環境優美，是一處美妙的房產。我們住的是西式房間，非常舒適。晚餐在私人房間享用傳統的日本料理，非常美味，服務也很棒。我們住在那裡只是因為我們需要靠近妻籠附近的一個地方，結果證明這是一個很棒的發現。

What a wonderful, peaceful location in the mountains. We stayed for one night on our Nakasendo walk - before heading off for the tough walk over the Nenoue Touge pass to Nojiri. The hotel is beautifully set up and our meals were stunning - all good preparation for that walk...
