Great location on the beach. Staff was friendly. Great choices for pools/hot tubs. Beds were comfortable.

Room service was excellent! The property was clean and quiet, enjoyable and peaceful. Will visit again.

The check in was not good. To much ro type but was very disappointed. It shouldn't have never happened of you care about your customers. I wod have sat on yhe freezing cold lobby for hour if i didn't go back and say anything. Room was noce but they didn't clean the floors. I saw receipts and tags from clothes on rhe bedroom floor like really. I also killed a bog black spider on the pillow of one of thw beds.

Really nice place to stay. Staff was friendly. Quiet place. Great getaway. Definitely will book again!

The property was very nice. I have just one problem. My sons air pods were stolen by someone on the cleaning staff. They were shown to be activated while we were not even in the hotel, we had walked to get a bite to eat. When we returned they were gone and no one could tell me who had been in my room. I called to speak to the manager, Sharon, she never would return my call. I thought that was very unprofessional. I tried repeatedly to get to the bottom of it, but no one there who could help, would. Very disappointed in that aspect of the stay.

We loved our stay. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and fun pool area. Amazing views from the 18th floor.

Property needs more front desk staff and the rooms need remodeling. The furniture looked like a cat got a hold of it. The coffee pot had a hole in it. We had to keep asking the front desk for everything because either it was not in the room or broken. The pool is very nice and the locations is great. The veiw was beautiful and there was lots of room in the unit. Overall nice place just not what the pictures look like.

We had a great stay at the Caribbean, Jamaican tower. The only thing that stunk was the TV Service. It was very difficult to find anything once you turned the TV on. I suggest getting a better service making it more user friendly.

Bate and switch. This place is way outdated. The pics are not accurate. Service was not great. They basically came up with many excuses and blamed it on third party booking. If you are a family with kids and a low budget it works. Otherwise steer clear. We traveled all the way to Myrtle Beach from California. We should have booked better.
