希爾頓皇家棕櫚飯店(Hilton Royale Palms)

Front service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Breakfast was $21 for a buffet with eggs, pancakes fruit cereal and home fries. It was filling and hit the spot. A free shuttle was provided to some local shops and restaurants that were within 2 miles of the hotel.

Confirmed with everyone that it was ocean front and all said yes got there and balcony was facing adjoining buildings. Had to go out on balcony turn to the left just to see ocean. Feels like a scam honestly

Your condos need to be checked prior to renting. Do locks work or need batteries? Are there wash cloths? Two bath towels one hand towel in unit. Are TV’s in units compatible with new streaming systems? Ours reset every two hours. It was awful. The front desk person needs to know the purple keys do not work at The Palms. My granddaughter had a small ice cream from coffee area- nearly $5. I’m sorry but that’s gauging your guests in a very uncalled for way. Pools were nice. Food at pool was NOT like the Marriott. Nearly inedible. Since you asked I thought I’d tell you. We were in the hallway dripping wet waiting on keys to the second room which was the 3rd place they sent me. Just not a great stay. Maintenance man was awesome. Loved him. We saw him three times. Birds were permanent guest on balcony. From two to 8- we could not go out very much, they seemed to be great with us. Hope this help and will serve as a “teachable moment” at my expense.

The valet couldnt find our car or keys because they had 2 diff tickets for it. It was a simple mistake and after 35 min, they found it. This wasnt a huge deal, because everyone mskes mistakes. What i found inexcusable was the fact that no one apologized for the mixup, and after they brought the car to me, all 3 men stood by and watched me load my luggage into the car. At one point, I was struggling with a huge suitcase and another customer offered to help me as the 3 employees walked away, talking about the situation. The property itself was very nice.
