米德瓦利水晶套房飯店(Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites - Midvalley)

Dark hallways check in Lady WASNT real Friendly. There was no wash clothes in bathroom on arrival. I would not return.

Our room was so clean and inviting! The people checking us in always go above and beyond. Jamison did a fantastic job and I he’s always extremely kind and helpful and accommodating. There was a young short haired blonde Woman who also help check us in who was fantastic. We always get the best service when we stay at this hotel. They’re amazing!

Have stayed here many, many times for skiing. Great location and easy access to the resorts. I recommend renting a car. Lots of dining options nearby. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They seem to strive to keep the hotel clean and perform periodic refurbishing to the rooms, but some need a little attention. Good value!

Overall okay for the stay, our 2nd time there for the convenience. However, the breakfast really lacks in quality and healthy choices. Has not changed in a year, unfortunately. TV running (Fox news) in the breakfast area.

This motel was so outdated! The heater/ac in our room was totally possessed. Toiletries were awful and the continental breakfast breakfast - sooooo bad. The photos were either of another property they own or very ols or very staged. No amenities at all - workers couldn't even reccomend food nearby.

We were in SLC for a few days to celebrate a family birthday. We've stayed several times at the Crystal Inn in Midvalley and it always provides an affordable, nice, comfortable and safe stay. The best things: the hotel has an excellent breakfast spread with plenty of choices; it's near a major shopping area with stores of all types. Two thumbs up.

It’s right by a Red Cross blood bank so there was plenty of homeless people around. But that’s not what was bad, the room was so dirty the bed sheets were not changed and pillowcases weren’t even changed as well. It was not cleaned. We had a couch in our room and that wasn’t even cleaned as well. Yuck never again

The hotel is old and in need of some deep cleaning and updates. Breakfast we were told went from 6:30-9:30 and it ended at 8:50am so breakfast was a bummer and my kids had to go without breakfast. Quite disappointing. If you end it earlier than you tell people then they should alert people that it will end if they run out or whatever the reason was that they closed up breakfast early. We planned on grabbing breakfast and hitting the road and that didn’t happen.
