#房間服務#清潔很乾凈，沒有異味 #房間布局#布局很合理，咖啡太苦了。

酒店衛生條件非常好！餐廳也很好！酒店很新，交通方便，門前就有等候的出租車，距離50路公交站點100米，提供24小時服務。入住放心，房間溫暖。很好的選擇。

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Das war dann auch schon das Positive. Das Personal ist schlecht geschult und unmotiviert. Wir hatten in allen Bereichen schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht: Der Check-In war eine reine ”Abfertigung”, meine Kreditkarte wurde lediglich zum Begleichen der Übernachtung verwendet, aber nicht zum Bezahlen an der Bar, was uns barsch von der Dame hinter der Theke beim Bestellen von Getränken gesagt wurde. Die Dame war unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Auch zu dem von uns gewählten Parkplatz haben wir falsche Auskünfte erhalten, was zu teuren Abschleppkosten geführt hätte, wenn wir nicht zufällig Mitarbeiter aus dem Nachbargebäude angesprochen hätten. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Trockene Brötchen, angebrannte Rühreier(falls es denn tatsächlich Eier waren; was zu bezweifeln ist), der einzige Unterschied zwischen Wasser und Orangensaft war die Farbe. das Servicepersonal war unmotiviert und hat sich lieber um die Kaffeemaschine ”versammelt” und Kaffee getrunken, ohne festzustellen, dass für die Gäste keine Tassen mehr vorhanden sind. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Der Teppich war verschmutzt und im Bad waren Haare vom Vormieter um das Waschbecken verteilt. Selbst nach der zweiten Zimmerreinigung hat sich daran nichts geändert. Das Beschwerdemanagement funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Auf unsere Beschwerden und Hinweise wurde auf keine Weise reagiert. Das Hotel ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

10分鐘步行到最近的車站。酒店周圍的餐館/超市很少，實際上只有麥當勞可以吃。 房間裡沒有開水的鍋，你需要向前台索取。 總之，房間很大，很乾淨，裝修也不錯。如果您是自駕出行選擇這家酒店，應該會更好。

Absolutely no surprise in this perfectly standard Ibis hotel. Once there you do not know where you are, as it is fully standardized like any Ibis in the world. Good, because you get what you want to have: affordable stay with sufficient confort. Of course the rooms have a limited size and the bathroom is not beautiful but everything is there.

A Hilton Hotel is a bit more expensive than a youth hostel, but their service is very similar. 1 Lady is responsible for the reception, the bar and the offer of snacks. The list is about 10 positions, NONE of it is available. Chips (40g for 2€) or a MARS choko. In the room there is not a single glas, if you come to the crazy idea to drink a sip of water, you can‘t. The lady on reception/bar does not speak german, we are in Munich 😟. The normal Wifi can only be accessed if you become a member of the Hilton club. Otherwise you can get one for „ checking your e-mails“. TV is in hotel mode , no TXT available, and no info what you are watching.

訂的是大牀+沙發牀的房間，可以睡三個人，但是三個人感覺會有點擁擠，我們兩個人住剛好湊和。衛生間乾濕分離還不錯，浴缸跟淋雨也是分開的，水挺大的。還有微波爐可以使用。酒店稍微遠了一點，火車站坐地鐵大概15-20分鐘，出來還要走十幾分鐘。周邊挺安靜的，在居民區和辦公樓之間，還有個小公園。地鐵站出來有個蠻大的超市。

Good location close to the interstate. Police and fire station nearby. Three underground stations in walking distance. Bus stop over the street. Own parking garage (€15/ngt) which is definitely a pro as free parking around there is kinda non-existent. Rooms are really small, No desk, not even a closet just hangers next to one bedside. Room was very clean, but had damaged light fixture. Breakfast was nice, daily change of ingredients. Love the pancake machine ! Negative was a bad smell in front of the elevators, no bench at the front and they tried to charge me twice for parking.

When we had to book a hotel in Munich, most of the other hotels were very expensive or they were booked out. The niu loco still offered rooms under 100€ per night (breakfast included!) under fair conditions. The niu is not far away from the motorway. Its neighborhood/surroundings are not beautiful. Luckily, the heavy traffic outside could not be heard in the building at all. You can park your car underground for 10€ per night. The next Tube station is within easy reach: you can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes. Line 6 takes you to Schwabing and Marienplatz directly (3€50 for one ride). My room was quiet, clean, and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was no mini bar, but a TV with a big screen. In a box there were some games and a toy for children. The bathroom was extremely clean. I was fascinated by the disco lamp, which produced “psychedelic” light effects on the ceiling and walls. The lounge opens up into the breakfast room. Their breakfast offered a wide choice of rolls, different types of delicious German bread, various jams, sausages, fruit, yoghurts and mueslis. At the coffee machines there was self service. The coffee tasted good. Contrary to what you can read in some of the other guests’ reviews, I found the staff open-minded and cooperative. In a nutshell, I would readily return to the niu loco, because it has got many more advantages than disadvantages. My colleague wants to return there with his family.

位置很棒，親測走路到鐵塔 到聖母院 到香榭麗大街也不會覺得很遠 治安很好 而且是巴黎為數不多有大堂的酒店吧 性價比很高
