哈爾理論 9 號精品服務式公寓飯店(Theory9 Premium Serviced Apartments Khar)

Bien situé dans le quartier de Bandra Khar. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit car venant de Paris, la grille était fermée mais il y avait un gardien qui dormait dehors pour nous accueilli . Idem pour le départ très tôt . On s’est sentis en sécurité ! L’appartement est très propre , déco magnifique . Belle salle de bain moderne , rare en Inde ! La literie est excellente . Et le personnel très discret et attentionné . Je recom***de ++

After checking in we discovered the safe in the room was not working we called down to the front desk they sent someone up to take a look. He wasn’t able to fix it at that time but said it would be done the following morning, which it was not. But that wasn’t even the worst part. The following day we left the hotel early and were out all day. We came back to the hotel around 9:30 PM and found our common door was wide open and our room door was unlocked. Nothing was taken and we suspect the cleaning person didn’t lock the door after the turned the room over. Regardless, we were not happy at all and immediately checked out of the property and asked for a refund. They wouldn’t even refund the whole stay. They refunded 3 out of the 5 days but we only slept there one night. I would think twice before booking this property.

Very poor service specially during breakfast.. There is only one guy Yash in the kitchen who is cooking serving washing utensils at the same time.. Need to wait for 15-20mins to get the 2nd puri.. half of the times there brealfast gets over they prepare so less one day poha got over.. next day poori ka atta got over.. And then he was preparing the dough in the middle of my breakfast.. They dont have idea how much to prepare for breakfast and very less staff and poor service.. Room quality is ok

Very noisy rooms due to the proximity of the common areas.Soundproofing is not enough. Linen needed changing as we found it dirty while checking in. ***agement response is slow and not very customer centric. Staff are good boys who were eager to help.

I was unable to find the apartment. Instruction was not available at all on how and where to go. Had to find another place to stay late at night. Horrible experience used google map etc but still of no good use. The contact number provided was also not reachable and no guidance at all. Plus I did not get the refund either.

They charged 7000 Rs a night instead of 4400 Rs , One can stay in Hotel at a lesser price than their exhorted itnay charges of 7000 Rs a night . No services at all , no reception , no one to call for any help , on the contrary The caretaker brings ***** his friends and uses the same kitchen and dining area for his own dinner and breakfast , Which was supposedly to be used by the Guests . And then de***ds the Guests that since we dine hear everyday , the Guests should sit in the room

My wife and her 5 other school friends (reunion) stayed there for 2 nights. Everyone thanked me for booking such a beautiful accommodation at central location. Hospitality and cleanliness were top notch. May be a chef serving hot breakfast was missing but there are plenty of restaurants around.
