The room was without a window and it smelled of mold. We asked for another room but only got one as we had another booking the day after. Staff and breakfast was ok, but for the price we payed I definitely would not recommend it.

Old amenities, rooms not really clean and smelly

Room was excellent except that we had to ask for hand towel, soap and tissue rolls each all the time. Our room was a standard size which was comfortable but there was a strange burning smell that I didn’t bother asking front desk as the housekeeping said it’s ok! Breakfast was delicious. Tea was beyond exceptional. One thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the front desk staff. I asked for my bill and he gave me the entire amount while I had paid deposit! Also if you checkout early in the morning make sure you get your receipt and make payment the night before. I was told to collect receipt in the morning but to my surprise only two housekeeping staff were working. So I left without a receipt (paid the night before)

Location is good but the area is not so good for family. It is advised only if you are on business, else not food is ok, nothing so great

The room was so cramped up there's hardly any space to move. Basically its a very cramped up room for that price

I am very disappointed. Very poor rooms poor location so so bad quality of food. I have left my breakfast in between. Staff were not friendly at all. They were very very rude. I am a travel vloger. I informed them earlier give me nice room and nice service. But they were so rude. In the night there were cockroaches in the room.

Good nice tidy rooms, good service and staff, good breakfast, good location, good ambience, good hygiene

The hotel is on the road side thus traffic in the night is a big disturbance. Interiors have been done very well. Had a comfortable stay

Hotel was good, staff was polite and friendly, food was full of variety and taste, located at the central area, easy going for mumbai exploring

On site parking facility was not there. You just have to park it on road on your responsibility & wheelchair accessibility was not there. Only staff was well behaved there

The hotel is easily accessible. It's on the main road itself. The food was also good. But they need to get the pest control done regularly. There were cockroaches in the room and also in the restaurant

Room charges high but rooms are so small room are not at all soundproof breakfast is below average

Very small rooms unhygienic rooms their lift was working overall bad experience. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone
