在印度出差三周，五星到三星賓館都住過。這家算是差的。早餐，所有印度賓館都很差，這家也不例外。主要是衛生太差勁！！電梯裏，樓道裏，濃重的臭味！！房間裏的地板彷彿是一層垢，毫無光滑。衛生間吊頂竟然是石膏板！！牀鋪不幹燥。樓道和房間的牆壁到處都是污跡！這個平台絕對是不負責任！堅決不推薦！

工作人員的招待和服務都很棒,房間不乾淨,大部分時間都感覺灰塵很大,甚至在吸塵後。牀墊是彈簧牀墊,質量差,不幸的是,他們無法用更好的牀墊代替,導致晚上睡得不舒服。除了這個,整體住宿很棒,比如按摩浴缸,蒸汽/桑拿房,游泳池等...

酒店位置很尷尬，周邊治安不是很好。 但酒店本身很好，算是周圍幾公裏內最好的了，適合作為臨時訂房的選擇。 酒店內部比較小，包括走道、餐廳、健身房等，但房間一點都不小，窗帘什麼的控制按鈕全部集成在牀邊桌子上的盒子上，十分方便。 餐廳的價格比較實惠，也很好吃，有包括點心的中國菜單。 服務很好，很熱情，不是那種為了那你消費那種，而是那自內心的，所以我第二次給了消費。消費30-50盧比就好了。 早餐其實不太好，都是印度口味早餐，但如果你是像我牛奶咖啡，雞蛋麵包，再加一點水果就能解決的人，那就沒啥問題。 另外推薦圖中餅乾，印度餅乾之光，一定帶一點回去。

在美國麪試期間的完美住宿地點。領事館就在酒店前麪，非常方便兩天的訪問。

I was very impressed by the service at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC. While traveling for work, I really appreciated the extra support! The hotel staff did my laundry in mere hours, the concierge helped me to schedule a last-minute tour guide, and the spa personnel were friendly and accommodating. I was able to easily schedule car services for my meetings and dinners, and particularly enjoyed riding with Rajesh Gupta. The meals in the hotel were lovely, including the breakfast and lunch buffets, and I enjoyed a fabulous cocktail made by Ash Sourav in the bar. Thank you for a great stay!

We had been to 72Bar and had an exceptionally unique experience. Lounge is very well ***aged & guests don't have to wait long due to shortage of staff. Chef Prashant & Chef Bhalu met us and suggested delicious food. Chicken was very tender & succluent. Mr Malachi, Mr Amit & Mr Ronak were prompt and gave us personal attention. Lovely F&B team. We spent just hrs at the hotel and it was worth the visit.

All good except they take around 90 mins for in room dining to serve the food. Not once but everytime and their team responds “sorry sir, some issue” Being a hilton gold member, this is the worst service ever received. Nobody even cares to inform the delay and you have to keep reminding them by calling repeatedly about the order placed.
