The hotel is located in a shopping area and nearby to Brunei international airport. Whist the room was generally was comfortable but their customer service needs improvement. For example, we booked a pickup, confirmed via email from the hotel, but it turned up one hour later. and the driver said they were not aware to pick us up at the airport. Whilst at the airport, phone calls to the hotel for the pick up was not answered until having called them 4-5 times. Breakfast menu was limited and basic, just local dishes. Their restaurant is closed at night, so we ordered room service - food came packed in plastic boxes with plastic utensils. They have 2 lifts to the floors but only one was working most of the time. Room TV has only 5 channels and low resolution. No facilities such as gym or pool. The sliding door of the wooden cupboard in the room came off its rails when we were using it. Hotel in a good location but its service needs significant improvements.
