The room was very comfortable and roomy. The location was located very close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very quiet and made sleeping at night easy without loud noises or disturbances. The only downside was the limited amount of cable channels or there being no access to streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu. Overall the stay was great and the channel situation doesn’t take away from that. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. The only con was that the restaurant nor bar was open.

Good location. Very clean. Helpful staff, especially Jacob with his dining suggestions and young lady who helped us non-techy people get our tv to work with our firestick. Only complaint was the people or kids above us were jumping and running around and being quite noisy late at night. Perhaps the floors/ceiling could have used more insulation.

What a super clean beautiful hotel!! From checking in… to the hotel bar and clean room, we loved our stay! You could smell the cleanliness of this hotel!! Our king bed was so comfy with 6 pillows!! Loved all the lighting of our room and the huge TV and huge bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash was the icing on the cake! We felt safe and will definitely stay here again! The check in staff was awesome and the male bartender was super nice and knowledgeable 💖

Great one night stay for a quick trio to Charleston. Enjoyed the quiet hotel and it was very clean. Rooms were spacious and modern. Love the blue tooth mirror in the bathroom. Great location in Mt. Pleasant.

Great customer service, clean and quiet. Staff is lovely. Not a fan of barn doors on the bathroom as it limits privacy, and shower water pressure is weak. Other than those few observations, all was well. Would definitely go back.
